I loved the rooms, cleaning staff was great, Dakota from the front desk was so attentive and nice helped me out a lot. Breakfast was great.

You get 2 complimentary drinks which was very nice, however we came back after doing what we had to do that day to come get the drinks it was about 6pm when we arrived. There was a long line to get the drinks. When we were up next the lady at the bar asked 2 men sitting at the bar if happy hour was almost over and laughed. When we had asked what kind of drinks we can get she responded with well I don’t know what you drink. Very very rude! After she gave us the drinks she ignored us and walked away from us with an attitude. That’s the only down side from our whole trip. Made me and my husband feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable for even asking for our complimentary drinks.

Liked the rooms the hotel is nice the lobby and bar and breakfast was clean .staff is nice and professional very courteous the pool stays open till midnight that's a plus plus for us we can stay swiming late the water and hot tub were good temperatures. The towels were stocked up by the pool.

Seen few roaches by the pool in the back corners and south side away from entrance. Just few but need to exterminate. also room 313 had bleachy smell and the handle for shower is hard to completely turn off so you have to push it hard or else the water keeps dripping and over time staying on has given the bathroom a mildew type smell I would fix those things in that room for sure.

My second long stay the Embassy Suites. Friendly staff, like the breakfast options for a good start of the day. Comfy bed and spacious room (king deluxe). Plenty parking at the hotel premises. Will definitely stay again even tho one small negative.

Hotel is (convenient) located right along the highway. Even tho I stayed at the side not facing the highway the traffic noise was distracting. Better sound proof windows could take away the traffic nuisance.

The hotel was centrally located to Ft. Bliss, which was the reason for our visit. The staff were professional and well as helpful when any situation arose. We were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others as well as stay again when we return to the area.

The only drawback was the number of pets we saw during our stay. Nothing against pets, but we wonder how well and different rooms with animals are cleaned after the stay. Also, as Covid taught us, the things we all handle in common areas, we gave no thought to. But when pets are allowed, ppl are petting and carrying pets and then come into breakfast or reception area and touch food utensils

Wow this hotel was beautiful, and the staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I, my toddler, and my two large dogs. We also were traveling with a 26' moving truck and trailer and they sectioned off a spot for us to park. We needed to print a document, but their printer was down, but the staff was quick to print it for us in their office and let us know when it was ready. Bonus: there is also a delicious Mexican restaurant next door! 10/10

The sink in our bathroom was clogged after running the tap for a few seconds, otherwise this hotel was perfect!

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable we all had a good night's sleep. Also we all enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

The only thing that disappointed my wife and I , well more myself the first morning there not even 5 minutes after sitting down and started on breakfast someone from one of the highest balconies spit down on me . This really grossed us out it was all over my left shorts pocket. So we just had to get up and go , so I could clean up and change clothing. Everyone there that was helping in the breakfast area were helpful but we didn't see who had done this. I should have went to front desk to report the incident, but what could have been done?

Loved the hotel! Great location, clean, and staff was really nice. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an omelette station and they actually served food until breakfast was over, not like other hotels that don't refill the breakfast even though there's still an hour of breakfast left. Also, there are plenty of tables to sit at, so you don't have to wait around for an open table.

The only thing I wish was different is the bathroom size. It has the shower and toilet in one very small room and the sink outside right where the beds are at. So if you are the first one to wake up and shower you'll be waking the others if you need to use the sink.

Nice reception guy! Gave us free drinks vouchers even though happy hour was almost over. He said bar tender would honor them, and she did! We spent the evening at the hotel bar ☺️ nice facilities, room was big! And breakfast was awesome! We only spent one night passing through, would’ve been nice to stay another one.

The room was huge, it had a living/dining space, a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was huge. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool being opened so late in the night meant there were loud kids late into the night. But this is good if you're travelling with kids/families.
