We are a family of four and stayed in two bedrooms. Everything was perfect. Great sized room, very comfy bed, excellent breakfast and wonderfully accommodating staff. The outside temperature was 37c and even though the rooms had no aircon, the rooms remained comfortable. The team working there could not have been friendlier and the location is ideal; u bahn close, short walk to Klemenplatz, short walk to the Rhein. For the price it is a definitive 5*

Good price good location.

Parts of fixtures held together with masking tape (toilet covering for flush mechanism) or cable ties (shower head) before 6am it’s quiet but as soon as the airport opens it’s loudish. Towels are like cardboard… not very nice. I found pillow stuffing “clumpy”. These were the only negative things. Rest was fine. My wife said breakfast was ok. I didn’t have breakfast as I had already left at 4am. Parking in front was a big plus.

It’s the second time we stayed in this lovely authentic hotel. Check-in is easy (the key was left in the key box for us). In the room there’s everything one need for a short stay: coffee machine, coffee, tea, small fridge, water boiler, shower gels/shampoos/different sets (nail set, sewing set, shoe sponge, etc). For breakfast they bring freshly baked rolls, croissants, cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee. There is also granola, yoghurt, juices. A short way to the airport. I love this small hotel and can only recommend it.

Sometimes it's hard to get parking lots. Also FYI for families who have a stroller: no elevator, only stairs because the building is old. No conditioners.

It was perfect! The staff is so nice and polite, you are all really made stay in the hotel wonderful. The room was clean, there were all necessities on the bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast was also like at home. The choice is not so big, scrambled eggs, yogurts, ham and cheese and vegetables are served for every table. Also coffee was excellent, and very taste croissant and cake. We were going to the football match, so hotel was not far from, near 12 minutes and 30 minutes by foot. There are enough parking places near the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable with stylishly decorated rooms with coffee and tea making facilities. It was in a perfect position for the purpose of my trip. The staff spoke good English which was helpful as I don't speak German. They were all friendly, helpful and cared that everything was satisfactory for me. The breakfasts were very good and were typical continental style. I would definitely return to Villa Sarah if I was traveling to that part of Dusseldorf again.

A delightful small boutique 'hotel'. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. A large bathroom although the shower itself was small. We arrived late in the evening and the self check-in worked perfectly using the instructions provided. The staff were friendly and provided a lovely breakfast. Access is easy from Dusseldorf city using U bahn and it is very close to the airport. The delightful Kaiserwerth village is about a 15min walk away.

It was a great stay. Being very close to the airport there is aircraft noise but there appeared to be a curfew and it was not an issue overnight.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was personal. Gluten-free breakfast worked out well and I felt that they really did their best to serve me a safe gluten-free breakfast. The location of the hotel is good. The U-bahn station is very close and the travel time to the city centre is suitable. The staff was very nice and helpful and let us patiently practice our german language.

The bathroom was dated and the shower wasn't in its best condition anymore. Usable but would need a little bit of an upgrade. The room's door wasn't able to lock inside. Pillows, blankets and beddings were incoherent and didn't match the thought of general hotel standard.

The property was nice, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The offered a phantastic breakfast with various types of healthy and tasty food. I like the privat atmosphere in this sweet Villa. I will come back!

There was a little bit less light in my room. For office work a little bit dark, specially in the evening.

Cute hotel, quiet and clean. Lovely breakfast served by the charming owner. Public transport nearby, a bus right in front of the hotel and a tram stop 5 minutes way on foot; both will take you to the center of Düsseldorf in about 20 minutes.

The bathroom could do with a few more shelves and hooks to put toiletry bags and hang up towels

Really good location nearby DUS airport. No problem to do late checkin, easy to pickup keys. Confortable, cozy, with outside terrasse!

Room was really hot (32 degrees) with only 1 fan, and not so much ventilation on the upstairs room: I left my door open to try to ventilate more, but it was pointless since there was another door that I couldn't leave open... I'm aware that it was very hot in Germany at that time, but maybe you could improve it. Another thing: bathroom quite tight (height), specially the shower where I had to bend myself... !
