Perfect location only 15mins away from airport and basically easy to get to everywhere. I got promo flash sale room for 1,6mio for 2 nights that include breakfast & pool access room. The breakfast options was good, you can get western, Indonesian, local Balinese dishes upto Indian food. The staffs also helpful and amazing.

My shower head didnt work properly so everytime i took a bath i had to use the tap. 2nd day i was there, out of the blue my room had plenty mosquitoes while i always closed the door access to the pool all the time. The TV isnt smart TV, dont expect you can watch Netflix. Aircon also not really cold considering i was set up to 18 degrees.

Ours was quite a unique experience, and not sure how helpful it may be, but I think it's worth sharing. I booked a room there for my family for the night after the Nyepi holiday, as the following day was Idul Fitry and we wanted to have lunch at the annual buffet there, which we have enjoyed in the past (best beef rendang ever!) We arrived early and was told check-in may take a while with many guests checking in and out at that time. After an hour or so in the lobby, my wife asked if the room (a standard twin bedroom) was ready, and they only then said they would check. A short while later we were given the key, and went over to the room only to find another family in there. To their credit, the hotel was very apologetic, and as compensation for their blunder, upgraded us to a suite, which was quite luxurious with an awesome view of the pool area. The kids loved swimming there, and we had a fantastic buffet lunch the next day.

As mentioned, the check-in process could have been a bit better. In addition to the long wait, and the room not being checked on properly, I also noticed other guests receiving welcome drinks, but not us until I asked.

Spacious rooms with direct pool access from veranda, excellent fitness centre, well equipped spa with the best massages, kids pool, kids entertainment, hotel Restaurant, good variety breakfast, big selection lunch & dinner menu, room service , laundry , daily room service, bike parking on site, and a 10 min easy drive to beach. Close to ATM and petrol station. Friendly staff. Overall very happy with our stay and will stay here again.

The hotel can do with an upgrade, bathrooms need ventilation/extraction fans and more light. Room fridge did not work, room decor can do with an upgrade, Netflix & YouTube on TV’s could be good specially for families, menu prices are Australian prices which we think is expensive for Bali.

The reception staff was so friendly and welcome while we arrived nearly midnight after our long hours flight from UK. In the room they give a birthday cake with candle. Makes me happy. The pool was so lovely view. My son loves it. The room was so clean and tidy. Thanks to all staff in Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali, you all done very well.

We didn’t the breakfast food at 9.30am all food almost gone, no chicken left. Then need waiting for so long until they refill food.

All of the staff are so helpful and will go beyond and above to make your stay memorable The rooms are absolutely gorgeous the food was amazing the pool area and swim up bar made the stay even better you can just chill all day here without having to go into the hussle and bustle of the bali streets

There is nothing bad to say about this resort was absolutely stunning

The room was actually really nice. We were upgraded to a slightly nicer room upon late arrival. There was some minor damage to the room however, this did not bother us. The staff let us store our bags here our whole two-week trip which was awesome. Really nice of them to look after our things with no extra charge.

The grounds are so large and there are so many rooms/floors - it is super easy to get lost after a few Bintang!

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, the buffet breakfast was great, my sister and l ate nearly every night in the restaurant and couldn't fault the food except it needed to be hotter. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

The room we had in the beginning was not very good, when you went to the bathroom the door nearly hit the vanity and the toilet was behind the door so you had to be careful especially at night as there was a slight drop down of the shower floor which was a little dangerous. When you went out onto the balcony and closed the sliding doors they were very hard to open to get back inside, at one point we got stuck out there for ages, we were nearly ready to climb over the rail and walk along the edge to get help, l think the doors need to have handles on the outside. After two nights we paid extra and upgraded to a much bigger room and it was wonderful.

Awesome hotel, staff where great, breakfast was good and location was easy to get to anything you wanted to do in Kuta nothing was over 10-15 min car trip or short walk. Will be back !

Will be back in a room not next to the road because traffic was noisey and I’m light sleeper. If you are sensitive to noise book room away from road.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so kind! The food was gorgeous (loved the breakfast buffet!) and their drinks were very generous! Definitely recommend

The only downside to the property was poor drainage in the shower and it was really noisey in the city view side. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend getting pool side! Beautiful place nonetheless and definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet everyday which had a mix of local food and continental dishes. It felt like luxury 2 great pools, children played in there 2 hours at least a day
