Ensure that the member booking confirmation is forwarded to the hotel. I was double charge for my stay and I am still waiting to be refunded. First time I used booking.com and I won't be using again. Booking.com charged me and the Omni hotel charged me the same total because they could not confirm my reservation even though I provided them with the reservation number as well as displayed the charge. Next time, I'll go directly through the hotel.

Amazing location, beyond friendly staff, hotel exceptionally clean!

Parking should be included with stay, or at least discounted to $20/night. $50/ night to park when your already paying a nightly rate of $350+ seems excessive

Our stay, the facilities, and staff were absolutely exceptional. We were treated like royalty the moment we arrived. I would give more than a 10 if that was an option. The front desk agent went out of his way to make sure my father’s room was on the same floor as ours. He upgraded my son and I to a room that overlooked the field (his own doing, we didn’t ask). This was a surprise trip for my six year old to see our Braves and we did not expect a room overlooking the field. It was truly magical and I am forever grateful to the staff.

There is literally nothing I didn’t like.

My stay at The Battery Hotel in downtown Atlanta was amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and very accommodating. The staff throughout the hotel was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the property, and the balcony view from the room was absolutely breathtaking.

The only disappointment during my stay was the experience at the hotel bar. When I went to redeem my complimentary drinks, the bartender on duty had an unfriendly demeanor and made my partner and me feel unwelcome. Her attitude and lack of hospitality were not in line with the otherwise excellent service we received at the hotel. As a result, we chose to leave and enjoy food and drinks elsewhere in the Battery area.

The restaurant was not great service. The staff was friendly but not attentive . We waited for drinks for 30 mins and was one of 2 tables in there. And the second time we got up and left because no one came to our table after 15 mins . The pool needs to be bigger and more seating. At least could have used the grass area as overflow seating in the holiday. To pay that much and have no seats or servers at the pool isn’t good. Few couples we talked to were locals just hangin at the pool because friends let them in… paid a premium and was not great

The only thing I really liked about the hotel was that I was close to the stadium bc I was there for a concert.

There was a lot of confusion checking in. I got there a little before 4 and the lady said the room wasn't ready and she would call me up when it was..by 4:45 she has still not called me up so I went back up. A manager came up and helped a lot. It was a bit inconvenient but I will say they were both very sweet and apologized for the confusion. It was very hectic so I honestly couldn't get upset with them.

Hotel is well located, pretty new and its nice. Not swanky by any means, but nice. Definitely feels like you are staying in a Chain Hotel. Baseball theme throughout, which is on brand for the location.

Restaurant amenities were lacking, coffee available in the lobby would have been helpful in the AM. Coffee products in the room were not good (very weak coffee). Several of the electric outlets in the main bedroom did not work (in the bedside tables). No self parking, only Valet at $50 per night. Valets were really hustling, but getting your vehicle took 15 min+.

The staff is amazing. I mean everyone is so welcoming and so helpful. The head of security helped me with my luggage and we had a wonderful conversation. The ladies at the restaurant fabulous. The front desk so kind. They loved my dogs and were so kind to them! Will continue to stay here anytime I'm driving thru Atlanta! 10 out of 10 stars!

Putting those awesome braves glasses in the rooms. I tried to resit them but ended up purchasing them! But love the glasses.

This property went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable even before arriving. There was constant communication on how they could help me make my arrival process easier as my flight that day was extremely delayed. They went ahead and had room service waiting for me as requested, since I was getting in so late. The staff was wonderful, facilities beautiful and location was prime for a ballgame or a fun night in the battery.

It was close to the battery and the game and it was clean some of the staff was friendly ans helpful but the is one lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful.

The fact that you are paying all this money for a room and then you have to pay for parking and then there is no free breakfast. And the hotel does not have more options for meals it was not the best
