The Buri is an oasis and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. - Incredibly great breakfast with changing Thai food and egg station - beautiful pool (the rooms around the pool are more for parents because watch out for the noise) - a great bar with happy hour - great spa with great massages (thanks Nuch) - very friendly and helpful staff - very beautifully maintained grounds with amazing plants

- The prices on site are a bit overpriced. The place is very remote and they take advantage of that - every evening there is a very touristy program on the beach to fill the bar and restaurant (e.g. Muay Thai, fire show), more peace and quiet to enjoy the ocean while eating would be great

Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, we stayed in the ocean front rooms, a couple with a baby. This was our first stay in Koh Phangan, we had a very warm welcome, transport can be arranged by the hotel from Koh Samui airport, so it was a smooth transition, the Buri Rasa pier in Samui was cozy and convenient to stay in while waiting for the boat. The hotel itself is beautiful, we stayed during Christmas so everything was decorative and festive. Hotel amenities are great and everything is well maintained, they provided a crib and even a small bath for our baby. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. Nice restaurants to eat in within walking distance. The small beach (Thong Nai Pan Noi) was nice and within a few steps from the room, we liked the bigger beach (Thong Nai Pan Yai), which is a few minutes drive, a little more.

For a couple with a baby - meaning a crib and lots of luggage - the room can feel a little small, we didn't mind it for a short stay of a few days, but if you're staying longer it might be crowded. Keep in mind that the hotel is in a quiet area, a 40 minutes drive from Sritanu and most of the western beaches, it was great for us, but it's something to consider.

We liked everything! The people were great very friendly and professional! The service was fast and outstanding! Room was very clean! Food was amazing! We loved breakfast the most! I am vegan so there was plenty to choose from. They even adjusted some meals just for me! I took 3 days of cooking classes and chef Soh was so patient, knowledgeable, nice, helpful, and pleasant to work with!!

The resort is incredible. The staff take care of your every need. Breakfast was delicious. Our room overlooking the beach was amazing. Massages were relaxing. Everything you need is in walking distance. Restaurants, money exchanges, 7-11 and laundry. We booked an island tour and Film took us to gorgeous viewpoints and beaches. Nancy coordinated our ferries, buses and taxis when we were leaving to go to Koh Yao Noi. So very helpful. Loved everything!

We loved everything

The hotel is located in a quite corner of the island of Kopenhagen for those looking for a calm and peaceful vacation. The hotel is relatively small and has an intimate atmosphere, on the ocean beach, the rooms facing the ocean have an amazing view like in a postcard. In addition there is a small but cool and pleasant pool. The rooms are clean, beautiful and well equipped, bottles of water, fruit on the table and even a small jar of local cookies that is being filled up if you eat . The hotel staff is very kind and courteous. We took a short class in Thai cooking, it was fun and delicious to eat the dishes we prepared with a lovely, sweet and smiling cook. In the street near the hotel you can find good Thai restaurants and evevn a good Italian one, fruit shakes stands, massage places and a few small and souvenirs' shops. In conclusion, a great hotel for lovers of peace and quiet vacation.

There was one morning with a water issue which was delt after 15 min.

This hotel was booked this as a surprise from my partner for my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond. They brought out a cake in the morning for my birthday (unknown to me!), and the beach cocktails were brilliant. we went out on a longtail boat from the beach for some snorkeling which was the highlight. The attentiveness to every detail about our stay from the staff and the gorgeous grounds made our stay truly exceptional. The taxi service was also very good, we left at 2pm (with an option of 9am) for an airport/hotel transfer to Koh Samui. The staff waving us away was a nice wholesome touch. We ate at the restaurant every night and we're still talking about it. The happy hour cocktails and massage's were the cherry on top.

Everything. Super comfortable with family. We had an amazing room with access to the beach. The staff is absolutely amazing, very nice and warm. The beach here is one of the prettiest on the island (and keep in mind this island has the most amazing beaches in the world) we spent a week here. We enjoyed every second. I have a disclaimer. The hotel rooms are not designed to fit a family but we knew it to begin with and we didn't mind squeezing 2 more beds to the room. We had everything we needed - It was perfect and very comfortable

Fabulous staff that could not do enough for you. Great location with a beautiful beach and a village attached offering plenty of options for eating out. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of variety and choices for all. The fresh water pool was great for cooling down and all facilities were pristine. We were a group of 19 family members and they really looked after us ensuring we had a terrific stay.

Even though the Beachfront room was large and spacious the bed was squished into the corner so had to crawl in and out.

The employees made our stay truly outstanding. Smiles and greetings from every single one. One of our best stays!
