What I liked about the stay was first the cleanliness of the room. You can tell the the staff takes proud in their job to succeed to the value of the cleanliness of the room. Second I booked two rooms for the same date and I like how the staff Nick Called me, confirmed with me that I had reserved two rooms for the same date. He was polite and patience with me when it came down to the card that was on file. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall the stay was wonderful. I will be staying again.

Prior to coming here I had lost my wallet so the card I booked with I no longer had , so Brittany reached out to me to let me know that my payment wasn’t going through was able to put my new card in , instead of her just cancelling my room so I really appreciated that communication through her , The hotel was very nice and clean

I don’t have any dislike about the property , however upon check-in they do charge a $100 incidental fee

The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and spacious. Loved the big screen TV. The pool was very nice, and the pool area was clean. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of breakfast items.

You need a couple more trash cans in the room. 2 are not enough for the large suite. Other that, no negatives.

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. We were in room 320, the mattresses weren’t too comfortable, they seemed a little older but it was okay. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and only a 5-7 minute drive to OWA.

Mattresses and adjoining door to room 318 was very loud and needs some WD40. lol

We were able to check in our hotel early. Soon as we walked in it smelled so clean. Every one was nice! We were able to to get extra washcloths and towels when needed. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome! Definitely would visit again!

Breakfast was okay. Pretty standard for 3 star properties. One elevator was not operating a couple of times, which is tough when a property is full. The staff, however, was exceptional! Always felt like I was acknowledged as well as appreciated.

All was good.

Lights went out due to someone hitting the pole. I was compensated for the inconvenience. I greatly appreciated that. In the heart of the main strip, down the street from everything needed.
