I really liked that the room was clean, warm, and fully equipped. The room temperature could be adjusted properly, but for other hotels, it was just a lie. The bathroom, shower, and toilet were excellent. Over the past month, I have stayed in a different hotel in Amsterdam each week. Twenty-Three Hotel was the best among them. Even though I had paid for a King Double room at The Social Hub Amsterdam West, the facilities at Twenty-Three Hotel were far superior to all the others. Mercier Hotel Amsterdam was also good, but the touch pad or climate control system in all these hotels—Mercier, The Social Hub Amsterdam West, and Vienna House Schiphol—did not work properly. They were just gimmicks designed to waste the guest’s time. However, Twenty-Three Hotel was truly exceptional. One unwritten rule I have come to realize about hotels in Amsterdam is this: Avoid hotels that have green energy or energy-saving certifications. You end up paying the same price—or sometimes even more—than hotels without these certifications, but you receive fewer and lower-quality services. Colder rooms Climate control systems that don’t work properly and are just for show Shower systems that fail to provide a proper supply of hot water due to so-called green certifications And many similar issues This is my personal opinion, based on my experiences over the past month in these hotels. But Twenty-Three Hotel was the best of them all. In the rooms of Twenty-Three Hotel, beautiful mirrors are installed, along with a motivational quote poster that gives the guest a very positive feeling.

Everything was amazing, staff so friendly helpful and always with a hello and great energy ✨️ Omg the bed was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ 😶‍🌫️ 😴 room was fab 👌 coffee machine in our room was a god send 😄 we got fresh towels every day ❤️Breakfast anything you could eat fresh orange juice was delicious 😋 The hotel recommend a restaurant called Bar and kitchen which they also give you a token for and you got 10% of your bill. The restaurant was also 10 out of 10 a must try for everyone food omg 😲 But most of all the have a fantastic group working there 👏 My husband and I loved everything ty so much 💓

Where we stayed was amazing. This has nothing to do with the hotel. We have never been before, so when we got out of the airport, we were not sure about taxi, so outside are men with taxi signs calling you so we went big mistake warning for anybody going to get a genuine taxi a trip that should have cost 50 euros the charged us 110 euros I did not know this till after my husband had paid and they drove of. It's very disappointing we had not even stood in the hotel yet, and sadly, that was the start of our holiday 😢 BE careful and share this pls if you can.

Spacious and clean accommodation: friendly and helpful staff always available. Good location near to transport and shopping facilities. Excellent showers with hot water, more than enough clean towels. Excellent coffee/tea facilities in room. Very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately no meals due to renovations, but discount vouchers for nearby restaurants. Due to time commitments we didn’t use these. General decor rather dark, which felt rather oppressive. No waste bins in otherwise extremely good en-suite shower rooms. A lighter weight duvet for summer would have been appreciated.

The Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked the room because of a cancelled flight (during the IT worldwide problem) so all hotels were very busy. The room was quiet and nicely decorated. Restaurants and shopping are within 2-3 blocks.

Everything was absolutely amazing at this accomodation, from start to finish. The communication was excellent and on arrival we were greeted by very friendly and accomodating staff. The rooms were massive with smart tv, modern bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Highly recommend the breakfast very affordable and a huge variety of food to choose from including cooked options, coffee and fruit. The bus and train station only a short distance away to Amsterdam central with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. My partner and I travelled all around Europe for 5 weeks and this is by far the best accomodation we had the whole trip. We will be back again for sure next time we visit Amsterdam.

Our stay at Hotel Twenty-Three Amsterdam was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The room was massive, offering ample space to move around comfortably – a rare find in Amsterdam! Although there weren’t any coffee-making facilities in the room just yet, we were given carte blanche access to the lobby coffee machine, which more than made up for it. It was a lovely touch that added to the sense of relaxed luxury. The location is unbeatable – with grocery stores and fantastic restaurants literally on our doorstep, everything we needed was within easy reach. Whether we wanted to explore the city or just enjoy a quiet night in, we had all the convenience and charm we could ask for. This hotel truly made our stay in the Netherlands perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and will be recommending Hotel Twenty-Three to all our friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

First time staying and have to say an Excellent stay at that ..Hotel was really nice and modern inside beautiful decor … Room I booked was a twin and the beds are the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve stayed in a hotel ever!! ..There is a mini bar if you like but there is a Jumbo 4 min walk away which offers snacks like these and more .. plus fantastic staff here couldn’t be anymore helpful and pleasant really excellent stay ..parking is €10 euro per night which is cheap personally but there is parking on the street free from 6pm onwards

Nothing it was perfect

Our stay at Twenty-Three Amsterdam Airport was very pleasant. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to clearly explain anything we needed. Hoofddorp is a small, friendly, and safe town, and it's very easy to reach from the airport by public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed lighting setup and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and pleasant, making the overall experience even better. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and looking to stay close to the airport.

The location is very close to Schiphol airport ,just 10 minutes away by car/taxi.The hotel room was nice ,spacious & clean with beautiful interiors,upon entering guests will be greeted with a lovely smell.Friendly staff, comfortable bed, a lot of food shops & shopping centre nearby.They also provide complimentary bottled water & espresso machine which they refilled every day.

We only stayed for two nights because our flights were canceled. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but the rooms we stayed in on 3rd floor was completely done.It would have been perfect if the aircon is working because it was very warm in the room and we had to open the window the whole day to get some fresh air.
