We were more than satisfied with our accommodation at The Heritage River Motor Inn. My friend and I had a three night stay and we were surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as we travelled to Grafton by train. a five minute walk back to the train station was perfect. It was also within walking distance to Coles which we found helpful. We are planning on another visit and will definitely be staying at The Heritage River Motor Inn. We have no complaints at all

Everything. This is an owner purpose- designed, built and operated motor inn with exceptional attention to design, comfort and detail. I particularly liked the generous balcony with table & chairs, accessed by the French doors. Perfect spot for the delicious breakfast, or an evening G & T. Overhead fan in addition to air conditioning is a great, ecologically sound idea. The dining table is well placed, as is the writing desk, easy chair & reading light. Both the reading lights beside the bed and in the bathroom are excellent - somewhat of a rarity - and much appreciated. I didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting.

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also large. There was a sink in the main room. They had mugs as well as little cups. There was a microwave. We got a toaster from the office. Everything was very clean. The staff were professional and friendly. No complaints at all. We had everything we needed and more. We were in room 7 which meant we had undercover car parking. All the facilities were modern. The fridge was a good size. Itwas a quiet environment. There was a breakfast table and a desk and a little outside sitting area with a garden. This was the most expensive motel we stayed in during our 4 week trip but the quality and extent of the facilities meant we had to say good value for money. It was worth it for the luxury.

Not really a "did not like" just a puzzling thing. The hot water tap in the bathroom worked the reverse of normal taps. No amount of strength could get it to turn on. But the slightest move in the reverse direction turned it on. I guess it is a safety thing but a sign alerting us to this would have been helpful.

We were travelling so arrived late. Lovely spot staff very accomodating. Often disappointed when you book on line but this time we were very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone. We actually had 3 rooms for our large extended family and all felt the same.

The owners were lovely and very accommodating for our 1 year old. They even set up the cot for us which we have not received anywhere else. The area was very accessible and once we entered the entrance it felt like we were in a completely different tropical area. Our room was right next to the pool. It had a separate room for the kids and was very spacious.

The single beds moved around a bit.

The size of the room and the deluxe room is modern and very clean...I loved the pool and gardens felt like we were in far north Queensland...I loved the big bath., it was very very nice. Wifi connection problem was sorted out quickly..

Nil dislikes.

Great location, well appointed room with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable with our 4 month old baby. Recommend this for overnight stays and longer

I stay in a lot of country towns. The "accessible suite" often leaves much to be desired. Not this accessible suite. Plenty of space. Large bathroom. Very wide door. Proper shower. Proper disabled seat in the shower. Everything you would expect of an accessible suite in any major city.

The car parks were quite wide. But because One wasn't noted as the disabled park, I couldn't get access to both sides of my car to load up

Apartment was good with a small dining table. Room itself was spacious with a small desk. Our deluxe room was much better and modern with a nice comfy chair, more modern bath and room look. Easy late check-in and check out process.

Location. Clean. All things good

No crockery except cups and mugs. Microwave a waste as noting to use with it. Wheetbix out of a cup not really fun! This spoilt an other good experience
