The location was good if you have a car. Although I didn't use it, the hotel has a large dining area and outside seating that were popular. Even though busy roads are not far away, my room was very quiet.

The hotel is in an industrial area and you can't walk to much eg shops, parks etc, though there is a small supermarket, Subway, Kabab shop and McDonalds very near the hotel.

Sink wouldn't hold water due to problems with the plunger stopper. Reported 3 days before handyman came. Still not fixed after 5 days. Asked for tea towels to dry dishes. Took 2 days to arrive. Reception usually unattended. Referred to bar.

We had two delicious meals at the restaurant - the staff and service were both excellent. One of the staff ran after me with my very important handbag which I had left behind. Appreciated!!

Good location and nice place. Room was clean and nice. Was very l good. Only the bugs in bathroom were an issue.

The only thing was in the bathroom, multiple bugs from the window over the floor. Including several live small cockroaches. But the main room was clean and good.

Cheap clean and friendly staff

Stayed in unit 3 and they were doing construction work early every morning would have liked to be compensated also our smoke alarm kept going of early in the morning when we were sleeping

We were driving from Sydney to rockhampton. This was the cheapest. We thought it would be a dodgy hwy motel. We were pleasantly surprised, kids were comfy, clean and tidy bathroom and kitchen, pub meal down stairs. Bethany looked after us so well. Will definitely stay again. Thanks heaps

The room was clean and tidy with an outdoor area at the back. From our room to the hotel was undercover which was great as it was rainig. We had dinner at the bistro, meal was good and staff very helpful.

It was a great stop over as we were heading to Fraser Island. The conveyance of the hotel for dinner and drinks. I also left my pillows in the room and the staff set them aside and was able to pick up on my way home.

Right next to a chemist and MacDonald's, great when you arrive late. Staff was professional. Room was clean and we could park right outside the room.

The bathroom door was hard to close, but not that big of an issue.

Large clean spacious rooms

Had to access room via stairs. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem but I have an injury requiring a walking stick so was a small challenge.
