Location was great, 50 yards from the bus station and close the the old town and monument, but it was quiet nevertheless. The breakfast was fresh and high quality with plenty of choices, and the restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful, came immediately when we had a problem with the AC (one sliding door was not closed correctly) and were good at giving advice, accepting a laundry package, etc. Cleaner was in every morning and left fresh water. Overall a great place to stay.

The room was quite small but was cute and effectively laid out.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back again. The location is excellent – easy to find and right next to the bus station, which is ideal for getting around Gozo. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view out towards the park. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and our 8-month old baby, which we really appreciated. The attached restaurant was very convenient – we ended up eating there for both lunch and dinner in addition to the included breakfasts. They had a high chair ready for our little one, and the food was consistently great. Breakfast in particular was outstanding – so many choices, all freshly prepared to order, and the portions were huge! Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and amazing value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

I have only good things to say about this hotel (except one point). The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My room was bright and on the corner, so I had views on both sides. There is a good restaurant and bar in the hotel and the bus stop is right next door. It is only a 2 minute walk to the old town. My room was tastefully furnished and provided all the main amenities that I needed.

The location is quite noisy in terms of traffic noise. The windows close well though, and you will need the aircon anyways in warmer seasons so it is unlikely to be a problem. But I was there early spring.

Breakfast was great. Compared to many other places around the world I've visited, the breakfast at Townhouse 17 is definitely at the top of the charts. On the Clif from Santorini (Greece) still retains the first place in my top. But I can say good, even very good about Townhouse 17. Excellent location, city center, 50m to the bus station.

There is a shelf instead of a nightstand. It's a bit too small if you have to put glasses, phone, charger and other things in there. I assume that most of the guests are from countries with European electricity standards. Maybe you can install some such connections in the rooms?

Staff were so friendly and helpful. They really added to our stay. Room was clean and serviced daily with towels and new bottles of water. There is a bistro and coffee shop below the accommodation with a good choice of seating indoors and out. We especially like that they had an outdoor non smoking area. Breakfast is a la carte and had an excellent choice of delicious dishes. We had a hire car and there was a large free public car park a minutes walk away and the B&B is also well placed for bus links and the sights in Rabat. We would definitely return here if we visited Gozo again. The pool area on the roof is small but a good place to sit in the sun and great views over the town.

Only criticism would be the size of the hairdryer in the room. It was a tiny travel size so not very efficient :) Also underestimated how busy the town was and the junction where the B&B sits is very busy.

Everything was great. The location was excellent, with public transport nearby to explore the whole island, shops within a short walking distance, tourist streets with a charming atmosphere and cafes, and the beautiful Citadella just a short walk away. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, warm, with a balcony and a great view. The breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend this accommodation and would gladly return.

The floor was a bit cold, but the hotel provides slippers, so the cold floor didn’t cause any discomfort.

The location is excellent for transport links. The bedroom was bright and airy. The choice of breakfast was excellent, lovely food and well presented. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We also ate there in the evening and again the food was delicious with plenty of choice.

Nothing really, but it would have been helpful to have an additional suitcase holder in the room. Also we were unable to insert our HDM1 into the back of the TV as it was fixed to the wall. To be fair I am sure if we had mentioned it the hotel would have helped us out.

The location was very practical, the busstation connecting to all lines was just across the street and the Citadel was in walking distance. Even though it was a busy place during the day, at night it was quiet. The room looked very nice, just like on the pictures and it was spotless clean. The fully controllable airco and the reasonably priced mini bar were also a great plus. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool on the roof was a nice way to cool down from the warmth and the views on the roof are amazing. But most of all, I appreciated the friendly staff which were very helpful and made me feel very welcome.

Townhouse 17 is located opposite the bus stop in Victoria, very central location but not noisy. From arrival to departure check in and check out was very efficient. Staff were extremely nice and chatty. Room was a lovely size, ensuite bathroom and balcony with two chairs overlooking the square. Room and bathroom were very clean, had a minor problem with the kettle which was fixed within minutes. I ate in the Bistro downstairs, coffee, pastries were delicious as well as the food (with generous portions). Wi fi was overall good. I didn't use the rooftop or the plunge pool so can't comment on either. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Would recommend and I will be staying here next I am back in Victoria.

The location was excellent, and the included breakfast was incredibly good. Decor was nice, the room had a good quality bed and a lovely view from the windows.

Our room was very small, somewhat as expected from the photos, but literally nowhere to open a case which made it difficult. Would suggest getting rid of the chair and creating a low luggage table below the desk, or reconfiguring the storage unit. The roof top terrace with pool was gorgeous but no parasols meant it was very very hot in the day and then closed from 7 pm when the weather finally became bearable!
