Good communication with the host. Easy check in and out, looked after our bags the day we were leaving. Room was spacious, beds were really comfy. Quiet room so we had a good sleep. Balcony looking onto the street. Tv had good options, we watched a film. Water in the fridge upon arrival. Good amenities in the room. Wish we were staying longer so we could have used the spa. Breakfast we managed to have toast & jam with fruit ( vegan options). The host was so lovely I would happily recommend and stay again if I was going to brindisi. Really helpful with travel recommendations to the airport. Location is perfect, walking distance of everywhere.

The structure is amazing, we loved the SPA with the pool, garden area where you can quietly enjoy a coffee, the position of the room with all the comforts and the area where the structure is located, which is perfectly away from both the city centre and the seafront in the port area.The staff is amazing and Dominique is a phenomenal host, she treated us like family and made us feel like we were home and not in the city as tourists.

The location was amazing near local stores and restaurants, the port and bus stops. The room was nice, clean and silent with the highlight being the spacious and comfortable hydromassage bathtub. Regarding the spa, we only tried the small pool, but it was great to relax and have some privacy as it had to be booked. I appreciated the special touches like giving us bathrobes and slippers. Dominique and the rest of the staff were friendly and approachable, the ride to the airport in the end of our stay was the cherry on top! I would recommend!

As someone who sleeps in the dark, I kept waking up early in the morning as the curtains barely blocked the light. If this is not a problem for you, go for it!

Property was located within a short walk of bars and restaurants, however struggled with any sort of convenience store if you wanted to take food back to the room. It had a great outside area where you can have a few late night drinks and large smoking area.

Room access was complicated, the door locks are hard to use. The taxi company the hotel recommends agreed a price to our next destination via the phone with the receptionist but then added €10 on after, would not back down.

Superb breakfast for an Italian hotel. Having savoury options for my wife who is pre-diabetic was very good. The choice of fruit and yogurt was also good. Having a jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing. We made full use of this. Comfy beds and the amount of space for hanging up clothes was also great.

Close to everything important and located at the end of a quiet street. Great helping staff, everything worked as expected. Coffee machine and cold water is available 24/7 in their breakfast room free of charge. Their swimming pool is small but we used it after a very hot day to cool down. The manager Domy was very helpful with a dress that we forgot in our room, she held to it for a few days and gave it to our friends who were passing Brindisi.

A unique property where rooms have been thoughtfully designed and decorated. Dominique is a charming and helpful hostess. The shuttle service to the airport was a bonus.

Possibly because of building constraits the corridors and rooms themselves are dark with few windows and not entirely satisfactory lighting. The spa appears to be run as a separate concern and Nettare guests did not have full access without paying extra.

The hotel was in a good position to be able to walk around and see the sites of Brindisi. We arrived at about 22.15pm dropped our bags off and went around the corner where there was a rock band playing. Although the hotel was close to a main road and bar it was still quiet to be able to sleep. We were gutted that we didn’t use the Spa facilities which looked lovely and well kept but we just didn’t have the time as we were moving on to our next destination. There were different options for breakfast including fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, meat & cheese. The host was friendly too. If I find myself in Brindisi again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The hotel had a good location in the centro historico. It is a traditional hotel squeezed into the small surrounding streets. We used the hotel as a stop over, arriving late in Brindisi on our way to Lecce. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel and it's rooms were clean and spacious.

As the hotel was in the centro historico there were a lot of steps to navigate and if you had several large cases this could be problematic. Inside the rooms were a bit dark as the hotels position seemed to prevent a lot of natural light getting to the rooms. Overall I think this hotel is overpriced.

The hotel is a wonderful location - close to pretty much all you need. The lady who runs the place is excellent - very helpful and always with a smile. The room was large but pretty basic. It would have ben nice to have a fridge/minibar. The shower is OK. We didn't get to use the spa or pool but it looked really nice. I would definitely return.

The breakfast was very basic. Only one choice of cheese/meat and a few pastries. Nothing cooked on offer . Fortunately there are numerous restaurants nearby but I wouldn't have paid for breakfast. The pillows were pretty hard but I was tired so still slept well.
