Beautiful place! It was located right off the beach. Room was very relaxing and nice looking. Bed was comfortable.

You had to pay the hotel $15 euros every time you used (the so called public beach chairs). If it was a public beach then why is the hotel charging and not the public location? I really don’t understand that at all. Every hotel that I stayed at had free beach chairs. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me after I came back from a 20 min walk to make sure my luggage was going to be departing with me at the correct time to meet the ferry. I was traveling solo and really didn’t appreciate her attitude-like I was bothering her.

Great location, large pool with plenty of sun beds and towels available. About a 10-15 min walk into Hvar along the sea front which is nice. When getting off the ferry there was someone from the hotel that was able to take our luggage for us and then we walked to the hotel. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

Room was a little small but as we weren’t there much not too much of a problem. There is a beach right outside (we thought this was part of the hotel) but sun-beds are chargeable. Water was an additional charge as part of the mini bar. Hotel a little dated in places

Our room was upgraded to a sea view room without our asking - that was a pleasant surprise when we arrived! The room was very comfortable with a fabulous view of the sea and the coastline, the pool and sunbed area was great, the food served in the lounge bar was delicious (one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted), the hotel's decor was smart and attractive, the staff were helpful and there was a big selection of good food at the self-service breakfast bar. All in all, I enjoyed staying there very much and it gave my daughter a special holiday to celebrate the end of her A levels.

We booked half board so we ate in the hotel's restaurant each morning and evening. The breakfast was great but the evening meal wasn't impressive. There were a lot of different options to choose from, including lots of different salads which were good, but there were hardly any vegetarian options - which, as a vegetarian, was a bit difficult. I didn't want to eat just salad every night. The standard of cooking wasn't as good as the Lounge bar and it had a feel of mass catering. They could have perhaps offered fewer options but cooked to a higher standard.

Amazing location.

The breakfast buffet was poor. The fruits were not fresh, had been in fridge overnight. it felt poor as compared to the hotel

The location is amazing. Closer to the port you can walk all the way up to the hotel by the promenade around the coast, the staff was really helpful and understanding.

They have a luggage service transfer from the port to the hotel, but I did not know this when I arrive so I have to drag my bag to the hotel. It would have been nice to know that the service is provided by the hotel before arriving. There are no Ubers, only taxi in the island and they’re quite expensive, so it’s important to know this service is provided by the hotel before arriving.

We liked the room and the location of the hotel as it was short walk to the city center

The reception staff were very unpleasant. As soon as we arrived to the hotel by car, the staff rushed us to take the bags out of the car even trying to open our boot. The only that were actually nice were the cleaning ladies.

Everything you need and hope for in a holiday resort to have a great vacation. Good service, nice pool, good bar, great staff, and sunloungers on the beach within a short walk to the resort and the great air conditioning in the heat was a bonus and we appreciated the luggage drop off service to the ferry.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, view from out balcony was stunning. The pool is great and ample sunbeds so getting a spot was never an issue no matter when you go down. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with one exception…. Some Reception staff could do with a little more ‘warmth’! Food and service at the poolside restaurant was fantastic.

The room I booked and paid a lot of money for was very small, I don’t think it was great value for money and would put me off staying again simply due to cost. There are a lot of stairs and no one helps with luggage. For someone with mobility issues like me this is an issue. The cost of food and drink at the poolside bar was pretty high.

The pool - the best part of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets. The modern facilities. The views. The location on a bay with a beach. The beach was also fun. Being located just outside Old Town away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was great - it was a bit larger (room 1307). We really appreciated the luggage service - they meet you at the ferry and bring your luggage to the hotel and back to the ferry again when you leave.

Having to walk from the ferry to the hotel and back when you leave in the mid-day heat - it was 35 degrees! We're from Canada, so 35 degrees is a little much for us. They also claim it's a 10 min walk - it's actually closer to 30 min at a normal pace. Lastly, the hotel is situated on a rock slope, so be prepared to do a lot of stairs within the premises every day - I suppose the exercise was a good thing!

This place is out of a film. It is absolutely beautiful. I won’t lie I was worried reading some of the reviews but it exceeded our expectations. We did not get a sea view room but we had a lovely room with a small balcony that got the sun in the evening it was perfect! The room was a good size , mini fridge , tv etc. the bed was comfort and spotless. The pool bar was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. The lobby bar has an amazing view. The hotel will pick up and drop off your luggage. The beautiful walk from the ferry to the hotel is no less than 15 mins. I saw reviews saying the pool was packed and loads of screaming kids I don’t agree with that. Of course there was kids but definitely not packed. Also saw reviews saying the place needed update decor ? Its fine. It completely modern so I don’t know where there getting that from? This place is short of paradise.
