Bol is a very beautiful place and this resort is ideally located: it's a 15 minute walk to the heart of Bol and a 15 minute walk to the beach Zlatni rat. The resort is not new, but the rooms in Bonaca have been refurbished, so they are new-ish and clean. The whole resort is packed with greenery and has beautiful views of the mountains on the one side and the park/forest on the other. The pools in the resort are nice, but only 1,4 m deep. And usually packed with screaming kids. The food in the restaurant was very good, even though I would appreciate a little more variation of breakfast foods. Lunch and dinner always provided meat and fish options, as well as pasta and vegetarian / vegan meals. Even gluten free was available. WiFi was very good and the staff very friendly.

I stayed in Pavilion 1 and my room got pretty noisy during the evening musical events (every night 9-11 p.m.) The room was fine, but a bit small (I could barely fit my opened suitcase on the floor). The room and linen were clean, but the linen were torn, which I wouldn't expect in a 4* establishment. The room got quite hot quite fast and I kept on using the AC, even though I stayed there in late September.

Great service, excellent food and great variety. Rooms were big enough and everyone was very eager to help us.

I would appreciate sunbeds and umbrella for guests in the beach in front. Also, some more activities or a bar for the evening would be good.

Location is amazing and the hotel and pool areas are spotlessly clean.

Very expensive for drinks and ice creams outside of meal times. I think access to drinking water should be included.

Poor cleaning, they mostly changed the towels and made beds. Clean bath towels arrived only late in the afternoon!

The hotel offers a wonderful overall experience. The food was excellent with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help – their hospitality truly deserves praise. This is a hotel that clearly caters to families with children. The atmosphere, activities, and facilities are perfectly designed for parents traveling with kids, making it a great choice for a family vacation. However, for couples looking for a quieter or more romantic getaway, it might not be the ideal option, as the focus is strongly on family-oriented services. In short, everything was excellent, and I would highly recommend it for families. Couples may want to consider whether they are looking for this type of family-centered environment.

A/C blocked at 22 degrees, very loud and lack of possibility to regulate

The first blessing when we got there was that we were immediately allowed into our room because it was ready. To someone who's been traveling from 6 am that day it meant a lot. Second blessing was being told not only do we have breakfast included but also lunch and dinner. The third was that there was a tennis tournament going on and both of us are tennis player. We cannot express how much love we have for this place! And the food is awesome too! Well managed, well operated and well maintained place. We are already planning a family trip for next year. For us the most magical area is the one by the Beach Zlatni Rat and this property was in the perfect location close to the beach, 5 minutes away. We felt like we were in heaven. I almost forgot - bear and wine is included with the meals! Pizza is heavenly (this compliment is not given lightly since we are pizza lovers, makers and overall connoisseurs.) Pick this place - you will not be disappointed! It will surpass all your expectations!

The Hotel is located very close to infamous beach - Zlatni Rat. Full Board Plus, meaning that breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks are included. Sadly, I did not really have time to enjoy it every day, I would skip lunch some days when going far for a whole day. My room was ok for me as a solo traveler, cleaned pretty much daily as I requested, had enough towels and shower accessories. Actually, the shower is the main reason I booked this room. It had very good water pressure and different modes as well. Quiet hours are pretty much after 23:00 to 07:00 so I got good uninterrupted sleep overall, despite the majority of guests staying with small children nearby.

I could not use air con while sitting outside on balcony, as the open door sensor would trigger the air con to switch off, that was a bit annoying. But the receptionist informed me of that, so not a big deal. The safe was broken and did not have any instructions on how to use. I ended up of not using it at all, keeping my valuables with me, so all turned out well. Residences of the hotel are spread around various locations, eg annex buildings, meaning a lot of walking. Distances to port and beaches are about +/- 20 min walk, I would recommend renting a bike next time for convenience, and to avoid the heat / sunburn in the daytime.

The location is very good close to beach and town . All the apartments are very well spaced out and the complex is very well maintained. Apartments are new with a lovely comfy bed ? tv with some English Chanel’s and a lovely balcony . Pools are lovely and fresh towels are provided every day . The food is excellent always something different to try . The wine or beer that comes with the meal is very good too and the staff work so hard in the restaurant.

Nothing
