This is a great hotel. The location is very convenient. The hotel is newly and very stylishly renovated. The staff were excellent - the check in was particularly helpful, as we arrived early on a ferry and they held our luggage and placed it in our room when it was ready (and notified me by fax). The room was large and super clean. The linens and toiletries were absolutely top quality. The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant was very high quality (but a bit pricey - see below). The gym was very light and clean, with top-qualify (Technogym) equipment.

The location was excellent- an easy walk to downtown, with abundant shops and restaurants. The staff was one of the best I've ever encountered: friendly, helpful, and upbeat. The heated pool was a plus! Although we did not take advantage of it, they will drop off and pick up guests at any location within a mile radius. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are two BMW EVs available to drive (by lottery) at 9 AM and 4 PM. We were lucky enough to win one of the slots so we could drive around the island. This was a nice touch!

It would have been nice to have one additional chair in the room (even a small one). Although they offer rides to/from the ferry, there wasn't a shuttle to or from the airport. I believe we could have used the town shuttle, but weren't provided with any information ahead of time, so we weren't aware of that option. I would have liked to see a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport (even if it stopped at other hotels). We are early risers - it would be nice if coffee/pastries had been provided starting at 7 AM (instead of 8).

new and spacious and spotless. the staff were well trained friendly and eager to help. the beds were luxurious. the new BMW curtesy cars were immaculate and a classy touch

the free continental pastries were cheap commercial and tasteless. the nice of a hotel should feature local made foods.

Staff and property itself and location were fantastic … bikes, etc. Just had two issues with our individual room (suite) that wasn’t.

We stayed in a room (suite) in the main building that is by the side road. It was abutting a utility room / area that had a constant high pitched noise that was so uncomfortable we had to close doors to avoid hearing it. We should have asked to move in hindsight (the room was not cheap!!!) AND the shower leaked all over the floor every single time, to the point of saturating an entire towel (dripping!). I did mention it to the front desk upon checkout so they would know - they didn’t volunteer a discount ; )

I loved everything! I’ve been around the world and done a lot of traveling in. This is by far one of the most healing amazing places I have ever been. The food is incredible, the rooms are beyond gorgeous. The view everything.

There’s nothing I didn’t like

This is an excellent hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle from the ferry to their property. They have bikes that guests can use. In addition, they have several snacks to offer throughout the day (pastries at breakfast, cookies during mid-day and cheese and wine ahead of dinner time). The staff was excellent, warm and friendly.

Great location, just couple of minutes walk from the main street and hotel arranges you a car to go around. Nice selection of bicycles. Staff was exceptional, we had a challenge with ferries and needed to cut our trip short, but Forester took great care of us

The location was wonderful as were the details of service. The raffle for the BMW X7 was terrific. We won four hours and drove everywhere. The rooms were a real surprise. It feels more like a home than a hotel. The half bath along with a full bath was great for my wife to get ready.

Before May 24th, lots of stores are closed. Go the first week of May.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with fantastic facilities and amenities. The staff are absolutely incredible, and everyone was so helpful. Specifically, Devan at the front desk helped us out a lot.

Only thing is some of the pre-arranged items did not happen. However, the staff made every effort to make up for it.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We stayed at the Residences and loved being able to walk to town, to the Brandt Point Bar and beaches. We also loved having access to the bikes
