Facility was quaint, very well kept, and very clean. Staff was friendly. Provided beach towels, beach bags, and chairs that were clean and of good quality. Continental breakfast included was good. Very pleasant sitting area outside of our room. Easy walk to Main Street and to a street with many great restaurant options. Was about 1 mile easy walk to Jetties Beach, which was a great beach with a great outdoor restaurant.

Room was very, very small. I didn't expect a large room due to it being a historic building, but our room was a garage that was made over to include a bedroom with a queen and an adequately sized bath. The room was so small that you couldn't even set up a luggage rack and place your luggage on it. There was less than 2 ft. from bottom of bed to the wall. The closet consisted of a small rack on the wall. In all fairness, something like this was shown in some of the pics, but in this room due to length between bed and wall, you were constantly walking into the clothing. We were there for 5 days, so this was rather a bother and really too small for two people. All in though, immaculately maintained and clean, just too small for what we paid.

Feels like I am coming home! Staff was very helpful and welcoming. There were snacks and waters readily available through the day for guests. The rooms are appointed with lovely decor and beds were exceptionally comfy. The bathrooms are updated as well and rooms are very clean. There’s nice room air conditioning which made it so comfortable in sleeping. It’s a perfect property to walk into Nantucket’s activities, shops and restaurants.

Rooms are available by stairs due to it bringing an old charming house. Staff is willing to help if needed.

The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast were very enjoyable and the property included some nice outdoor spaces.

The check-in process was awful. We arrived early attempted to check in, but our room wasn’t ready. That was OK. They promised to text us on the room was ready. We never got a text message and we came back in the late afternoon. There was no one around to check us in, and we waited and called and searched for an hour before we finally had someone to check us in.

The location was perfect, walking distance to town. The breakfast is great continental. The community space is really convenient we were traveling with family and we used the screened in living area alot. Also there is outside seating with a firepit. They also have water, juice and snacks available all day..chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect

Kara our concierge was incredible. Warm and welcoming when we arrived gave us an over view of the property our accommodations and what to expect during our stay. She made recommendations for dinner, reservations, sightseeing, and much more. Each morning we were welcomed with an incredible continental breakfast fresh baked goods and even in the evening Cara had baked fresh cookies or brownies, it was the perfect day and look forward to returning again.

Everything was outstanding I don’t have anything to mention as an opportunity.

The staff was exceptional and met all our needs! It was close by to all the shops and restaurants. We were very surprised to see a bottle of wine, a plate of delicious macarons and a birthday note for my friend and I as we were there celebrating our 50th!

The fire pit was not on at night and we couldn’t figure out how to start it. The bathroom pocket door was very hard to close.

Regatta is nicely and tastefully decorated. The rooms are nice and clean with clean beautiful bathroom. The property provides nice breakfast and supply of water, juice and yogurt. The staff is very tentative in making sure we have a great stay. They upgraded my room at no extra cost as my travel plans changed from a single person to include my daughter. The location can not be more convenient so close to town

Great location, fantastic breakfast, great outside sitting areas, large room, beautiful, nice staff, especially Sharon, the lovely person who prepared our room each day. To us, this is the only place to stay in Nantucket. Excellent property and staff. Oh, in the afternoons, there were beautiful, fresh, warm baked goods and it was different each day. :)

As far as staff is concerned, they could not have been better! Fresh and friendly! The common areas and snacks/coffee were wonderful. Keep in mind that this is an old house that has been converted into hotel rooms. I think it would be considered a boutique hotel. However, the room I stayed in was very small. There was no place except the floor to put luggage on and the small refrigerator was also on the floor. I do have a request for all hotels: PLEASE provide soaps and lotions that do not have toxic scents to them. The ones here were extremely strong-smelling and it almost hurt my lungs to breathe them. Kudos for having refillable bottles to put them in. So to summarize, this room ended up costing me $500 a night and just basing it on the room, it was not worth it. I'm not sure if that is standard for Nantucket or not---everything there is overpriced. Many thanks to the staff, who were amazing!

The greatest reason for our positive rating - and for our interest in returning - is the Innkeeper - Cara - who went far beyond the expected. The location is perfect. Housekeeping (Sharon) was excellent.

Quarters (our room, the breakfast area) are a bit tight compared to the other inns where we've stayed in Nantucket, but still perfectly adequate for our needs, especially when the weather is conducive to sitting outdoors.
