We liked that we came home to the bed made and new towels provided. We also liked the free toiletries and the comfortable bed. The shuttle to town was also very convenient

We did not like the super small fridge, and also that the floor was never sweeped or vacuumed during our stay. We also did not like that the hotel was so far away from everything on the island.

The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The price, for Nantucket, was reasonable.

We were disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were not usable. But we do understand it is off season.

Nantucket Inn wildly exceeded our expectations. We were just looking for a cute hotel by the airport. We got a gorgeous, newly renovated feeling hotel with the friendliest staff we’ve ever had who let us check in extremely early, gave us free breakfast vouchers for a full hot breakfast buffet, and let us use the gorgeous locker rooms and indoor and outdoor pools immediately upon our arrival. They upgraded our room, too! And did I mention the free shuttle service to town and to the beach (and back!) running all day and into the night? It made it beyond easy to pop into town and back as quickly as if we’d rented a house off the main drag. A+++ for exceeding expectations. My husband and I never write reviews, but we couldn’t wait to write this one. Truly well done.

We loved it all. Perfect for families with all the pools and tennis courts; was also lovely for us as a couple.

This place is right across the airport. I needed to stay an extra day due to canceled flights. I accidentally booked the month and year but was able to reschedule. The area despite being so close to the airport was quiet and relaxed. The pool was nice when the new he's are too crowded

I wouldn't say I like the distance from town, but the hotel provides a shuttle from early morning to late into the evening.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room appointments are beautiful, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service was easy to use. It was also nice to have more space outside of the downtown area.

Excellent hotel , extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Pools indoor & outdoor were clean & well attended as was the fitness room. The Nobadeer cafe exceeded expectations- kids loved it!

amenities were great.beautifully maintained indoor n outdoor pool and lounge areas. convenient shuttles to beach and harbor area. beautiful entrance areas for seating, complimentary coffee, tea. fruit n pastries in the morning and beverages in the afternoon. fresh ice cold fruit infused water everyday. fresh baked cookies at the front desk. luggage storage and beautiful shower changing facilities to accommodate guests after checkout. the staff was lovely, welcoming, friendly, helpful and so accommodating. our stay included a free! full breakfast, so convenient to airport!

The guest rooms are in need of updating, though they were clean and were serviced everyday which is a plus these days.

Warm and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and a nice room. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

“Continental breakfast” was very disappointing. No protein at all. Just ultra processed, sugary, white-flour, packaged junk food. Why are staff guarding the so-called breakfast? So weird and unwelcoming.

Off season so it was quiet but not much staff around or service available (cafe not open) minimal availability for house keeping)

Lisa is very professional and courteous. We have employees working on Nantucket that need a place to stay overnight. We've always been able to get a room even last minute when the ferries are cancelled due to weather.
