I think that ray the front desk receptionist was awesome. Very accommodating, mvery honest, and trustworthy, meet all my needs, he went above and beyond to accommodate my family’s needs as well truly an amazing personal with great people skills he is not a five star work but a five diamond worker.

N/a enjoyed my stay and the staff

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. The lobby and common areas felt modern and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

General parking if you parked yourself was pricey because it was only $5 more to get valet, which we did. It was convenient but I feel it could've been a little cheaper. The room could use a few more modern touches compared to the rest of the hotel. The vanity light didn't work very well. The shower handle was too hard to turn at first. I didn't want to break it on accident but it would've been nice to know which direction to turn the knob so that it turned on.

The view from my room was amazing I was able to see the cruise come in and it just great. The only thing I would complain about was that I was not told was I was charged a few for the location. To be honest yes the location was amazing it was close to everything there but to charge a fee for that it is not right and if you are going to charge a fee let the customer know ahead of time. I just think it was not right because the hotel is not cheap at all so to charge an extra fee was uncalled for. I do have to say the check in was fast excellent customer service.

What I didn't like that I express in my comments before was the extra fee they charged me for the location and I was not told ahead of time.

Good Points: * The room was nice, and the staff were friendly. * I appreciated the gym and the assistance I received from Ana, who resolved some billing issues for me. * When a strange odour occurred in my room, the staff promptly offered me another room, which I greatly appreciated. * The hotel arranged a Hollywood Tour, which was great, but for other tour options, guests had to make arrangements independently.

Areas for Improvement: * The food selection in the “market” could be expanded. * The breakfast options could be more enticing. * I recommend ensuring that the hallways to the rooms are cleaned more frequently. General Observations: * I noticed a higher presence of homeless individuals in Long Beach, which might reflect broader social challenges. I even assisted someone in locating a lost phone. * During my stay, there didn’t seem to be many activities available, perhaps due to the off-season.

No fridge, TV reception was bad (would glitchout every 20 minutes or so while watching ). Didn't spend too much time in room fortunately. A littles worried about refillable bottles of product in shower (considering guests could mess with them). Second year in a row they "forgot " to call me when my room was ready - I arrive early for convention next door.(no need for early checkin since I'll be nexr door. They had rooms ready but would charge for early check in - I stated just call me whenever room is ready. I finally called at 330pm and they said oh it's ready.. must have been a glitch??(same as last yr same scenario)

Excellent view. Enjoyed the short walk to the convention center. All of the elevators were working this year so we were able to get places quickly and efficiently. The place was very clean and the staff was terrific.

You need new pillows! Very sad trying to sleep on pillows that have seen much better days. It worked out but I booked 2 rooms back in February thinking they'd be next to each other but they weren't. I also booked for 4 in a room but the room was set for 2. We made it work anyway.

When I arrived, I asked about any AX benefits or hotel rewards. While I am a member of your rewards program, admittedly, I'm not a very active member. Even though this was the case, the gentleman who checked me in kindly moved me to a higher floor with a fantastic view. It really made a difference in my stay. Thank you!

The actual shower could have been a bit cleaner. Also, upon entering the first time, the room was extremely warm. I simply turned down the thermostat, but thought it was worth mentioning. Lastly, the "cooler" in the room. It would have been nice if this was an actual refrigerator. Luckily I had ice packs and used ice for my items.

Really loved the staff Julie. She was so friendly and just made the experience so nice for our family of 12. However staff front desk Paula was horrible and condescending. I had to speak to the manager. Very nice place to spend the holiday. I wish they had more staff at the market place because they were short on staff and it was where most people had food order. There were only 2 staff so long line.

Staff were sooo nice. Great local area in the middle of it all. We came for warped tour and the fact they offered us sun screen/waters/ ear plugs was just so courteous. Place was kept tidy with as many people staying there. Buffet was hot for us.

Everything was AWESOME and BEAUTIFUL!

One of the valets was outside. He was a little rude to those who spoke a different language. Why not recommend to your valet that they set up Google Translate on a device? It’s a great way to help communicate with people who speak different languages.
