The breakfast had a good selection, some of the pastries were stale while others were very good. Overall satisfied, what i hated was the music selection for breakfast! Loud rap first thing in the morning is not good for me. The room was good but we could still hear noise, possibly because one of the windows was not closing properly. The staff were lovely and very helpful, we would def stay here again.

Music during breakfast and not all of the food presented for brakfast was 'fresh'. other than that the room was a bit noisy, infact we were waking up early cos we could hear the trams outside.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very close to Porta Susa train station and in walking distance to the historic centre of Turin. The hotel is modern with lovely , helpful staff. The breakfast was good and very reasonable. Staff in the breakfast room were a little overwhelmed when it was busy on weekends, but on other days it was much better. The room was of a good size, the bed comfy and the bathroom clean.

The road outside the hotel is busy and can be a little noisy at night.

I like Torino very much so... A very good breakfast, something for everyone. We were in family room which is great. Plus, there is a very nice, large and modern bathroom with a spacious shower. We enjoyed. Lavazza coffee in room. Location is great. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Metro station is around the corner.

It's a shame that parking is very expensive. It's not good that the sensor turns on in the wardrobe and you wake up half the family if you go to the toilet at night The safe in the room doesn't work. Very weak net.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the historic hearty of Torino. The rooms are very clean, there is a wonderful breakfast and bar.cafe. The outstanding feature of the hotel is the exceptional standard of service. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, always smiling and pleased to help in way way possible. Would definitely stay there again.

The open wifi service could be improved.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. We brought our dog and they brought a dog bed to our room. Great location in the historic district. Bathroom was beautiful and extremely functional.

Room was SOOOOO small. Once we had our bags in the room there was NO room to walk around. No place to store luggage so it was out of the way. Constantly tripping over it.

Clean, spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff in Reception and Bar. Very good breakfast.

Had to pay for parking which wasn’t onsite.

Its relatively clean but i can't say spotless clean, and the room we had was too tight, space in front of bed is too small, space for clothes and bags is tight. Was ok for us because we only stayed for two nights and we had only small bags. Also the bathroom and the showerbox were so small

Good location and staff were super friendly and helpful. Room spotless.

Replenishing room facilities, eg tea/coffee and toiletries. These should be checked and re-stocked automatically by housekeeping daily. Although reception staff were very helpful and this was done upon request. Room AC wasn’t working but I was immediately moved when I reported this.

Everything was good besides the size of the room and of the beds. The staff was always very helpful, the breakfast was very good and You had a variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very good.

In my opinion the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The beds weren't also that big, so i had to struggle a bit with my sleep.

Breakfast was great, quite a lot of variety for Italy :). Room was big and clean. Close to busstation with a lot of connections. Citycenter walking distance.

Pillow a bit hard and flat for my taste. Room is boring designwise. Had to pay extra for city tax. I hate that it’s not included in hotel price. I think total price should show all expenses to customer.
