Location was great - a very short walk to Porta Susa train station. There were cafes, restaurants and shops within a short walk and it was possible to walk into the historic centre of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We liked the extra touches like the sauna, bottled water and coffee pods available.

The corridors leading to the rooms were quite dated and not especially clean which didn't give a great first impression, but the room itself was not at all dated, nicely decorated, and very clean.

The breakfast had a good selection, some of the pastries were stale while others were very good. Overall satisfied, what i hated was the music selection for breakfast! Loud rap first thing in the morning is not good for me. The room was good but we could still hear noise, possibly because one of the windows was not closing properly. The staff were lovely and very helpful, we would def stay here again.

Music during breakfast and not all of the food presented for brakfast was 'fresh'. other than that the room was a bit noisy, infact we were waking up early cos we could hear the trams outside.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very close to Porta Susa train station and in walking distance to the historic centre of Turin. The hotel is modern with lovely , helpful staff. The breakfast was good and very reasonable. Staff in the breakfast room were a little overwhelmed when it was busy on weekends, but on other days it was much better. The room was of a good size, the bed comfy and the bathroom clean.

The road outside the hotel is busy and can be a little noisy at night.

I like Torino very much so... A very good breakfast, something for everyone. We were in family room which is great. Plus, there is a very nice, large and modern bathroom with a spacious shower. We enjoyed. Lavazza coffee in room. Location is great. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Metro station is around the corner.

It's a shame that parking is very expensive. It's not good that the sensor turns on in the wardrobe and you wake up half the family if you go to the toilet at night The safe in the room doesn't work. Very weak net.

From the moment Diego greeted us at reception to the moment we departed our 2 night stay could not have been better. Wonderful value, extremely good breakfast variety, oversized room by European standards, comfortable bed and car park facility that was amazingly convenient and reasonably priced! A bit of a walk to Old Torino sites is the only consideration that needed to be made.

Thank you to Chiara and the team for their excellent, friendly service. A friend and I stayed on two separate nights while we went on a cycling trip. Our twin room was very large; we were allowed to leave our (huge) bike boxes at the hotel for three nights without any bother; the breakfast was great value and offered lots of choice; and we got a very warm welcome when we returned from our trip. Thanks!

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Best parking experience ever. Direct access to the lobby and elevator from garage so that we could easily transport luggage to pur room. Fast elevators

We did not think the location was as good as some reviewers, but walk to main squares and markets may have seemed longer to us as it was very warm and we are from a rather cold climate.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the historic hearty of Torino. The rooms are very clean, there is a wonderful breakfast and bar.cafe. The outstanding feature of the hotel is the exceptional standard of service. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, always smiling and pleased to help in way way possible. Would definitely stay there again.

The open wifi service could be improved.

Excellent location, very near the station. Incredibly helpful staff. Very good breakfast which catered for our gluten free and no dairy needs. Lovely room with fabulous en suite. Had both a kettle and a coffee machine, as well as a small fridge - all very welcome.

Two even better ifs: larger bath towels and a wider range of teas in the room.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. We brought our dog and they brought a dog bed to our room. Great location in the historic district. Bathroom was beautiful and extremely functional.

Room was SOOOOO small. Once we had our bags in the room there was NO room to walk around. No place to store luggage so it was out of the way. Constantly tripping over it.
