Looove this hotel! I stay here for epic cons / The Vampire Diaries events and it's the best. The location is amazing. 15 minutes from the clock tower and 15 minutes from the convention. Last time my only problem was I could hear everything next door but this time they put me in a room and the problem has been fixed! Staff is very friendly. Check in and out is always super quick.

No eggs one morning but that's it! I would love if hashbrowns were added, then the breakfast would be perfect.

The property was easy and convenient! They were working on the landscaping and what we saw was looking to be a great improvement! The pool and the pool area need a little work the landscaping needs to be done in there. The pool could use a good cleaning and also it would be easy enough to use a blower to get rid of all the debris from the trees that enters into the pool. A few of the chairs were broken which could be fixed but overall it’s better than a few other places we’ve stayed.

One thing I didn’t like about the property was when we got into our room. The air conditioning vents were totally dusty and nasty so I rinsed them off in the tub which took me about 30 seconds. Not sure why the cleaning crew doesn’t check that frequently for something that get you so much.

This location provided everything needed for a comfortable stay in the area. The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The front desk staff, Ms. A and Ms. E were excellent! We encountered an issue with the doorknob of our room, and the gentleman who answered the front desk made the effort to come to our room to check the problem out. It was taken care of almost immediately without any disruption to our busy day. I even enjoyed a lovely conversation with the staff assisting in the breakfast area. We felt safe. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were as expected for a hotel; not home but comfortable enough to rest well. Attractive landscaping; including pool area. Really nice fitness room. Breakfast included a waffle station, eggs, sausage, juices, and basic continental choices. Low noise, if any, from other guests. Several restaurants are close by, along with meal delivery services available. My family would definitely stay at this location again.

The only thing I would point out is that room service is not automatic. We set used towels where they could be taken away, and then had to go to the front desk to get clean sets each day.

There was garbage on the floor next to the bed and house cleaning had to have seen it while making the bed and this tells me this room was not vacuum!!Floors need to be vacuum more frequently in rooms and hallways

The hotel’s elevator was down when we arrived. Our room w ass originally supposed to be on the 4th floor, but when the lady who checked us in realized I was wearing a walking boot from a badly sprained ankle she took the initiative to switch us to a first floor room. Her consideration of my situation made our stay exceptional.

The bathroom doors don’t close and lock.

all hallway carpets needed vacuuming, the elevators need some updating. We got downstairs at 8:45 and the person breaking down breakfast broke it down at exactly 9:00 even though a couple people came down a couple minutes before. They started getting plates and instead of asking if they wanted the eggs and sausage that were left he took them away and sure they were trashed. Also the floor when walking into our room had Lots of large white paint drips so it looked like it hadn’t been swept.

The whole location was clean and comfy, the housekeeper was very nice. The front desk lady that checked us in way also professional and made it super easy.

The front desk staff on night shift could have been friendly but was kind of cold she just handed me towels and walked off didn't ask if I needed anything else.

Everything was extremely good

There wasn't anything bad about this place. When we first checked in, the room they gave us was still dirty. They wasted no time and upgraded us to a suit to make up for the mixup. I was not expecting this at all, but they were so generous, and I will be back

I was very pleasantly surprised at the amenities in the room (outlets at each bedside, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, smart TV, etc.). The rooms are nice with comfortable beds even if the grounds are pleasant, but not 5 star.

Only minus is don't expect to use the pool right now since it went green apparently (9/6/23). There is also complimentary breakfast but the scrambled eggs looked & tasted pretty nasty (powdered and sour) in my opinion.

Room was clean, access to microwave and fridge was great having in my room. I was fasting so the instant oatmeal without a microwave wasn't great, water wasn't hot enough to cook it/dissolve. Otherwise, the breakfast looked good. Advised checking in the elevator was out on the front side, so advise since room was on the other end to park on the other end.

I received a copy of the billing at the front desk, but my credit card statement is different. Was advised traveling on business did not charge the incidentals, because I'm assuming I booked online it was charged. Cannot reflect on my expense report because my bill doesn't reflect.
