Covenient location 15 from bus/train at the end of main city street, big market across the street, public transportation in front of the entrance, but quiet with good sound insulation, well equipped, very clean on the arrival, everything was working, price relatively reasonable. There is even a strip club across the street if that is something for you. And unlike someone else said, it is possible to open part of the window go get fresh air.

I personally did not have any issues, but for someone it might we weird that you do not meet any personnel and you just get entrance codes. Living room and bedroom part are divided by furniture that creates relatively narrow space to walk between these parts, what might be less convenient for those bigger ones. You also do not get any towel change or cleaning unless you request it for extra - it is in told the conditions, but just be prepared for it.

+great location, in close vicinity to the city center and in walking distance to, basically, everything (train/bus station, lake, shops, restaurants, party places… I think the only thing not close is the University area, which is easily reachable by tram from this location) +has a fridge (but I am not sure it had a hair dryer) +clean room, quiet (but I had a view towards the back)

-In my experience in Finland there are two types of aparthotels: the “big one”, and the “ship cabin” style one. This is the latter. It will fit the two people it is advertised to, but not much else. -I have the feeling that, although the bathroom module is not small, the way the toilet itself is located might cause some inconvenience to a very large person) -not a minus, but be advised, there are multiple Forenom location around Tampere, with one located in the building behind this one; check your address.

The close proximity of the property to the city center, night clubs and theatre. The rooms were clean, and beds properly laid! I’ll give the room service a 10/10 The property also follows up to make sure you’re comfortable after you’ve checked in.

When things got too intense, I was sweating! There was no AC in my room to cool things down 😂

My colleague recommended this place, as we planned to go to an amusement park and it was near. The location is good, there were shops and restaurants. The room is nice and cozy. For three people and one night is good. We found everything that we needed.

The only thing that I didn't like was the dust in some places and above the TV. But it's not a big deal.

Cheapish absolutely no frills place to stay incl. a roof on top of your head. Room and the premises were just clean and welcoming enough for short one night stand. Very good location within walking distance to everywhere.

Very late regular check in time at 16:00 and with eye watering extra cost only 2 hours earlier possible. Bit worn out premises. Swedish boat appearance on the shower room. Horrible elevators where you certainly don't want to get stucked at. Customer service did not answer to the questions asked via Booking.

Clean facilities, a big room with all the necessary equipment, even an iron (+a 1refrigerator, dishes, spoons, etc.), very kind staff (on phone-24 h care service, since I had to call them at night). Digital check-in at any time. Very fair accommodation for the money you pay.

This is not a minus, yet one has to check the address, since there are at least two Apart Hotels in Tampere. Thanks to the kind staff I realized I had come to the wrong street when I at 2 o'clock per night, thanks the both hotels were 300 meters from each other.

It was clean, spacious and the location great.

We had to look for the garbage because a sign said to take the trash out before we leave... It is in the parking space so no big trouble but kind of weird.

Excellent location. Really good value for money. Comfy bed. Good facilities. No noise from other apartments or the main road. Key code worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

I would have liked to have a person at a front desk I could ask recommendations during my stay there. Everything is self-managed

really nice that there were dishes, a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron for clothes etc.

the placement of furniture was a little weird and there were no night stand and power socket by the bed, but it's not that big of deal.
