It was in the perfect location to see the main attractions. The rooftop restaurant was so beautiful and one of the highlights of this trip. The other restaurant was lovely and delicious as well. However, the tipping was deceiving. The tip was already included in the bill and not knowing this, I tipped additionally. It was very off putting.

The homeless and seeing people use drugs on the street in broad daylight. I didn’t realize it was like this downtown, I felt unsafe and anxious. It was very disappointing. The rooms were beautiful but the pillows were really awful.

We arrived during a little chaos as the hotel was experiencing an elevator outage and having to take people up using a service elevator. Once we arrived in our room, it was very warm. The AC wasn't working so I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. Knowing they already had work on their hands regarding the elevator i decided not to wait and went down to get another room assigned. I believe we spoke with Abby? She may have been the manager and quickly upgraded us to a waterview suite!! The room was amazing and perfect for our 2-night pre-cruise stay! The rooftop is very nice and we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant.

The location was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the enchanting sunset and the vibrant neon signs of Pike Place Market from my 12th-floor room. The attentive staff went above and beyond by promptly providing amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb, saving me from the inconvenience of forgetting them. The housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring that every corner of the room was immaculate. The thoughtful gesture of offering water, tea, and coffee in the lobby, along with the complimentary two bottles of water upon check-in, allowed me to stay hydrated and refreshed throughout my stay. The cherry on top was the delightful surprise of receiving a complimentary champagne during check-in, making me feel truly valued and indulged with the outstanding service provided.

The mini bar is excessively stocked with items, giving off a overly commercial vibe and a cluttered feel with things piled up on top of the fridge, as if saying 'just try hanging one thing'. With nearby markets, Target, and Hmart available, it raises doubts whether guests would actually opt for the mini bar. It was a bit disappointing to see a nice electric kettle tucked away in the wardrobe, considering the abundance of items in the mini bar. Despite boasting a prime location, top-notch facilities, and cozy bedding, the strategy of maximizing profits from the mini bar seemed to have its downsides.

Its location is close proximity to Central Park with beautiful views of it from the high floors studio room. Area is good and safe as well and very close to lots of good broadway shows

The breakfast can be better but they still had a fairly good hot and cold buffet spread but no live counters

We have stayed in Seattle a few times and I cannot believe we didnt find this earlier. The location is PERFECT. Literally steps from Pikes Market. We even had time to visit the market on the day we flew out.

Can’t think of anything that needs improvement. We were only there one day, but it was perfect.

Location good. Close to the Markets and Wharf area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Welcome drink and cookie nice touch.

View could have been better but you get what you pay for. Bar upstairs a little pricey but view great.

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was fabulous. We ate breakfast there both days. Check-in and checkout was fast and easy. Loved the champagne and cookie at Check-in. Nice touch.

I know all of the Seattle hotels do it, but jacking up the prices so much during Blue Jays weekend isn’t great. A very minor thing was having to ask for more robes and towels. There weren’t enough for a 4 person room.

Great location—about a 2-3 minute walk to Pike Place Market and central to all of the main Seattle attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Their gym was also super clean and had ice cold water and cold hand towels! Also they were super nice to let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout while we explored/waited for our flight.

Friendly Staff, location was great walking distance from Pike place market and many restaurants. Very clean, food at restaurant was great beautiful bar with a view.

Trash was not emptied out daily. Room service was not available at night. Only one elevator was working and there was a long wait for the elevator.
