Excellent location for old town, close to the river. Friendly staff. Breakfast was open until 11 am and check out at 12pm.

If you are bringing your own car, be prepared to pay €35 per 24 hours at the nearest car park and walk your luggage to the hotel. The glass walled bathroom has a curtain on the main side, but nothing covering the door which lacked privacy. The pool is great, but very cold.

Great location in the centre of old town. Nice spacious room with great view over the river. The light in the room was beautiful and the bed was great.

As this was a work trip for me - the room was missing a chair to sit at a table. I was staying for 7 night - and I did not get refill on the vanities in the room, the room was not vacuum or the glasses changes - until I complained. I also did not get toilet paper refill. I left the room at 12 one day and I did not get it cleaned that day. If this is a policy of a four-star hotel -- then they should inform their guests (limited cleaning, no refills and you need to let them clean before noon) -- or they should look at how their staff is working.

Arrived at hotel early bags stored in bar area behind reception, until check in . On signing in later told bags were in room ,got to room no bags Back at reception informed still in bar, went to recover them had to walk into a full business meeting as room booked to-recover my bags . At room went to shower no towels back to reception to request , then discovered tea coffee only one of each another request to replenish .no milk for the drinks , think they should look at this requirement Obvious the room had not been prepared, Shower door seal broken so bathroom floor flooded every time making it dangerous .

the location and the staff were amazing.

the hotel not accessible by taxi as it is in a location blocked for walkways ~(beautiful location nonetheless). So if you arrive after between 10.00am - 6.00am i think you need to request the electric free electric shuttle. If you don't have a lot of luggage, its about a 500m walk to where the taxi will drop you. A nice walk if you don't have luggage as its along the cobbled streets with shops and restaurants.

The location is superb and the staff are sol helpful and friendly

Because the hotel has the reception from 7am to 10pm they makes it hard to request for housekeeping services. We had a water problem at the bathroom and had wait till next morning to be solved, the Breakfast starts at 8am, couldn’t have breakfast as we have to travel and leave early. Our room was so noisy on the 1st floor hearing people walking and talking in the street, I’m so sensitive to any sound while sleeping and that room was is as so noisy

Pillows were too thin for me, asked for another (great staff who were really helpful) but received another thin pillow. No other negatives so recommend this hotel.

The room was more spacious than it seemed in photos. The bed was really large. Very tasty breakfast (from the menu). We had to check out early, so the front desk prepared us a nice breakfast box for our last morning. The biggest plus was the location - in the very heart of the old town.

The room needs some renovation and polishing up a bit, however, nothing major. It is still very interestingly designed. As mentioned elsewhere, the bathroom does not offer much privacy, but it is not a problem if travelling alone or as a couple, which was the case for us.

Lovely spacious room in a great location. Service in reception was exceptional.

Restaurant service in the evening was snobbish. Also, second courses arrive before you finish the first. This happens routinely at both breakfast and dinner. It feels like it is done for the convenience of the kitchen with little regard for the customer.

Perfectly located hotel for being central with the entrance to the hotel along a small charming lane. We really liked the dark, modern, mirror-y unique interiors - very nicely designed and unlike all the usual cookie-cutter design. The rooftop pool is worth a visit - it has a pleasant deck and a great view over the river. The breakfast options are great - cooked to order from the a la carte menu and served in the restaurant area.

The rooms are quite small, although we expected that because of the period building and the location.

Good location

We by mistake booked one day early so six months early asked to have the date switched. Instead they made a new reservation but did not cancel the first one. They would not refund any money so we paid for both reservations. So it was double price. Different person at the desk every night. Our room was very small, nowhere to even out a suitcase. Our travelling friends had two different rooms and they were huge so they do have reasonably sized rooms.
