Connie and Nick on reception were great, very helpful, good local knowledge and as I extended several times, always helpful getting me the best rates possible. Generally all staff I encountered were very warm and welcoming

It’s not just an issue at this property, all hotels in Hong Kong seem to have this issue… …the cleanliness of the rooms is not up to international standards. It’s fine, but caked on limescale, under tables were old splash marks. I would stay again as this was one of the better hotels in HK, and I’ve stayed in a few over the last month or so

the view from the window was great as was the location. Really nice neighbourhood. The table and the quality of the bed and sheets was great. Friendly cleaners

The bathroom shower tiles was looking a little tired. The reception had o be called a couple of times to confirm early morning taxi

My go-to for business travel in Hong Kong. Great neighborhood to immerse yourself in, and great views of the surrounding city (no views of the water, but not so much an issue).

Trying to connect to the internet can be a little sketchy each time I arrive, however once connected it's all good.

I stayed in room 35a, the view from the room was amazing, value for money. I only stayed for 3 nights and the hotel cleaned my room everyday (some hotels require you to stay more than 3 nights to clean it). The hotel installed a water filter, so we had drinking water as needed, which is a great idea to reduce the use of plastic. They also have a microwave and a capsule coffee machine. The staff here are excellent, polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is near the MTR, so it is convenient to travel. There are many types of restaurants around the hotel, and there is also a Chinese tea shop and a Chinese medicine shop nearby.

Advice: 1. The big sliding bathroom door is out of track, making it very difficult to open and close. Please fix it. 2. There should be a sign on the light switch for the downlights that are dimming system.

Hotel's location is top: tube station, restaurants, cafés and interesting local shops in walking distances. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful

As the hotel does not offer any breakfast facilities it is rather a serviced apartment with a reception than a hotel. So do not expect an atmospheric lobby to feel good and stay, but a reception hall with friendly staff who will assist you competently when addressed. Room rate for the standard suite is slightly overpriced for such a small facility and beds in the standards suite are definitely too small for two adults if you are not on honeymoon. We therefore had to order an extra bed which was charged per day with a hefty daily rate.

The room was larger than we expected and the location was very good. It is quite near the subway and the piers and close to some good restaurants. (No restaurant on the premises.) The provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very nice. The Nespresso machine was also a nice touch.

The bed sagged toward the middle and the mattress was quite hard. The linens were nice, though. There was a severe lack of available electric outlets. The only outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the others were taken up by the room's lamps, TV, etc. The only outlet we could use for hair-drying, etc., was in the dark hallway with no mirror.

Absolutely loved staying at Bonham99. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - large enough to work from the large table, sleep comfortably and dine in. Loved the bathroom and kitchenette so I could make my coffee each morning and store things in the fridge. The staff are warm and gracious and always happy to help. I highly recommend staying here, it is a gorgeous hotel. I will definitely stay again. Bonham was a last minute choice after a terrible experience with another hotel in the area. I should have booked this first!

Perfect location - many nearby authentic restaurants, peaceful neighborhood, easy to get taxi/uber, mtr Exceptional room - super comfortable bed, very spacious, enough storage, good water supply and heating, many pillows, mood lighting is really nice

having a bidet in the toilet would make it a lot better

Perfect location in Sheung Wan. The rooms are much bigger than the city average, and well appointed. There is no laundry service, but washing machines every 5 floors which is quite convenient.

No real gym, very little service except a luggage hold.
