- location. The hotel is situated just next to Beaulieu-sur-mer. It takes 10min to get to the train station. It is comfortable to come from the Nice airport by train. Also it is very easy to take the train to visit nearby towns like Eze, Monaco, Nice. There are nice walks just next to the hotel, you can visit all the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat by walk. Also there’s a beach just next to the hotel. - surroundings. The hotel has a beautiful and well maintenance park, the swimming pool with an amazing view and breakfast hall with a sea view. -many activities for all age groups. We would definitely come back here with our children, because the conditions are great for the families. - staff was very nice and helpful!

Location was excellent, the grounds and pool/waterfront walkway were beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Appreciated being able to get a family sized room. The included breakfast was excellent and a great way to take in the view every morning.

We loved our stay and nothing was in the category of what I would “dislike”, but two thoughts. One small request would be to have a better option for dedicated small in-room refrigerators. Warm-weather destinations like Hawaii or Mexico or the Caribbean have them as a standard since staying cool and hydrated in hot weather is essential. Depending on available capital, I would consider investing in a basic upgrade in the appearance of the buildings where the rooms are. Even fresh paint and modern color schemes would help, our room had a wall in the bathroom that just had a plywood board covering pipes. It’s such a lovely location, it would be amazing with basic upgrade in aesthetics.

Breakfast were pretty good, but the same every day, though. The location and pool of the hotel is perfect. Most of the guests were 70+ years, so it was a good place to stay with a child. Personnel was also really good and helpful.

There was a strange smell in our room from sewage, and it kept coming back when you close the window. The hotel will need renovation soon, but it is quite all right for now. There is a mini gold field, we tried to play, but it was impossible because it was just too old.

Check in was super fast and super easy, we were allowed to have our room a little bit earlier , while we waited we were allowed to park the car in the garage and use the facilities. We were all really surprised with the size of the room, it was more like an apartment! We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms , plus a huge queen size bed in the main area. We were a little away from the pool, but I like that . Breakfast was great , lots of choice , with one of the best views you could ask for!

The only comment I can make is that if you have a very large car the garage is quite tight. There are plenty of parking spaces but the parking bays are small . We had a 4x4 and we managed to get a space that didn't have a piler on one size, we would have been really stuck if if garage had of been full. This would not put me off coming again, and there are some parking spaces out of the front of the garage for larger vehicles, which I would recommend parking in if you do have a large car.

The car park was excellent, it was underground and very secure. The room was a very good size with a separate room with bunk beds for my son .The location was brilliant,and you were able to walk to the port (St Jean ) approx 15 mins where there were a lot of restaurants. Beaulieu sur mer was approx 5 mins walk which had a beach club which cost about 38 Euros but it also had a public beach you could use. The train station was about 10 mins walk and we caught trains to Monaco and also to the Waterpark at Biot - you can buy tickets for the waterpark at hotel reception. Breakfast had a good choice but be aware of sitting outside as there were a lot of birds around.The staff at reception were also pleasant and helpful.

A fridge and tea making facilities in the room would of been nice.

Idyllic location and excellent facilities for families with play area, mini golf, activities such as pétanque and several beaches a few minutes walk away along the coastal path and spotless pool. Great access to Beaulieu-sur-Mer and st Jean cap towns for amenities. Spacious rooms, varied buffet meals and breakfast. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful when we had queries. Evening entertainment shows were family friendly and wholehearted fun. Great place to go, I would go back again, the kids had an amazing time.

The play room with ping pong and board games was well stocked but not cleared regularly, however we were very grateful for the games provided on rainy days. The bar menu at dinner was limited to wine, greater information on soft drinks and drinks other than wine would be nice.

This is a wonderfully located hotel and excellent value for what’s around you. The gardens are peaceful and well kept. The access to the walk around Cap Ferrat is amazing and I cannot think of a better place to stay if you like walking along the coast with breathtaking views. We didn’t use any of the dining facilities but enjoyed coffees from the outdoor hut.

The check-in of 5pm is very late and even though it is explained at time of booking I think should be improved upon by the hotel. we thought we’d be able to get in a little earlier but it was 5pm check-in. I think 3pm is what most hotels are. This was my only negative from the stay. The lobby and restaurant/bar area appeared as though it needed brightening/modernising. There were soooo many laminated signs on the walls which spoils the look of the place. I am sure the information could probably be communicated in a better way.

Location was amazing! Breathtaking views everywhere you look, especially the view from the restaurant. Facilities and staff all super children friendly, my 2 and 4 year olds loved the huge gardens with little bunnies running around. The food was good too but with poor selection of veggies for the breakfast so we doubled down on fruits.

The kids playground could use a couple of swings or other equipment as well as some shade. Also they could pay more attention to cleaning, the rooms have a lovely terrace which we weren’t able to use to the fullest because it was too dirty.

We liked: - Friendly staff, everyone speaks English and have no problem if you don't speak French. - Location, everything is close. - Breakfast is standard but good quality. - Excellent pool. - View from the garden is lovevly. - The garden is very nice and clean, they have rabbits. - Parking garage, so car is cool. Parking lots are big enough, unless you come with a huge SUV... I would stay in this hotel again.

Could be better: - Noise from the neighbour room. You can hear what people are saying. - Cleanliness was kind of okay and could be a bit better. - Prices in bar near the pool could be a bit more friendly... - Price for stay was more or less reasonable. This part of France is expensive... - Doors in the shower were broken I had to fix it quickly.
