I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Venus Royale Hotel in Coron, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. Let's start with the rooms. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms that exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor, from the plush bedding to the elegant furnishings, truly made me feel like royalty. The breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape from the room's window was the perfect way to start each day. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. The breakfast spread at Venus Royale Hotel was a delightful culinary journey. The diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies catered to every palate, leaving me spoilt for choice. The attentive staff ensured that every guest's dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, making sure to accommodate any dietary preferences or requirements. As for the swimming pool, it was a true oasis within the hotel premises. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering a panoramic view of the island, the pool provided a serene escape from the tropical heat. Whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on one of the comfortable lounge chairs, the pool area was the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. The impeccable service at Venus Royale Hotel truly set it apart. The staff members were always attentive, accommodating, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to the entire experience, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. In addition to the excellent amenities, the hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore the stunning attractions that Coron has to offer.

The property was for the most part well maintained due to their amazing staff. The dining hall and the balcony in the 6th floor was very modern and had a nice view of the mountains. I loved how the room had a fridge to store leftovers. They have food variety for breakfast every day so I never got tired of eating here in the mornings!

Very weak wifi, no ventilation fan in the bathroom. Also, there were two days where I found two cockroaches in total in the dining hall. Lastly, the pool does not have a proper purification system so the water can stay clean consistently for days; however, they do change the water when it’s relatively dirty.

The rules for the breakfast. 200 php for every GRAM of left over seems excessive. Result was that I would have liked to try the dishes at the breakfast but did not dare to

The hotel was a little away from the main street so it wasn't so loud and the view from the 5th floor is very nice. The restaurant on the 6th is very nice had breakfast there every morning and it was good, lots to choose from although for those looking for the traditional continental breakfast this might not be for you. Did not use the pool so cannot comment on that. The beds were very comfy which was very much needed after long days of tour. There will be a slight smell as the air conditioning probably needs cleaning. Also just to bear in mind that the air-conditioning is switched off until the key card is placed so when you first enter the room be prepared for it to be warm/hot. The staffs were helpful. There are tuktuk available outside the hotel most of the time. Airport shuttle just let the hotel staff know and they are able to book one for you. They also offer tour bookings, but we just booked ours online beforehand.

The room was spacious . Like big room with great bed.and bathroom . Ac is also perfect. Very comfortable room . Excellent location and the hotel staff helped with car arrangement and everything. Breakfast was decent . There is a McDonald's nearby so food wasn't a problem.

The access key always had issues and has to wait 2 or 3 min to enter . Everytime I had to request them for tea bags , soap gel etc . Very stingy in providing tea bags . Just 1 . The fittings are broken in bathroom so they need to fix that . The food at hotel is expensive and not worth it. I ordered Buffalo wings and they brought some old chicken fried in bbq sauce. Not worth . Netter eat from mc Donald's nearby.

Venus Royale exceeded my expectations, definitely a 10/10 experience! The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. They assisted us with booking tours, motorcycle rentals,laundry service, airport shuttle, and even a lovely dugong tour. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and fully restock amenities. The AC works well, and water pressure in the shower is strong. We also really enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast, which offered a variety of different choices each morning. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth the price. Kudos to the team at Venus Royale for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great choice when visiting Coron! We had read the mixed reviews before booking. For the price, the hotel is good value for money. My family really enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The bed was super comfy!! However, the bathroom probably needed a deeper clean as the floor was dirty. The design of the shower made it impossible not to spray water everywhere - but saying that, the water pressure was excellent. There was also good quality towels and toilet paper!! There is a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc for evening entertainment and tea and coffee making facilities. Airport transfers were easy to arrange and comfortable.

On arrival, the front desk staff were not the most welcoming as you usually expect with Filipino hospitality. This was an anomaly and the rest of the staff were lovely. There is a weird damp smell as you enter the hotel, and often smelt in the rooms/bathroom. This was not pleasant but didn't affect our stay in the hotel. The pool had a lot of dead bugs which could have easily been maintained during the day by staff.

Amazing hotel with a lot of cool bits. Our rooms was big and we had a projector to watch movies, big balcony overlooking the pool and best bit was self moving curtains with a controler next to the bed so in the morning you open the curtains and fully awaken by the sun outside while still in bed. Staff was excellent and profesional, they made us feel like royalty. Everyone was smiling and greeting us read to help out. Quick service and also really nice breakfast. They organize the transport to the airport and port and in front of hotel is always someone with TukTuk ready to take you to town if you dont feel like walking. They organize the tours as well and are a bit cheaper then in the town.

The hotel is only 1.3 km from center (4 min by scooter), so its close and less chaotic. They also provide rental for scooters and facilitate tours, which is very convenient. The pool is great as well as the rooms (AC is great)! They provide water daily and they have places to refill your water bottles. The staff is very friendly and helpfull as well. The breakfast is good as well.

The only thing i would suggest for the hotel is to put a door on the shower, because when you use it, the whole bathroom floor gets wet. I would have given a 10 if that was sorted.
