The staff was just fantastic! So helpful and very multilingual. The location was perfect right across from the train station.

There are a dozen or more stairs to get to the reception desk which was a struggle with lots of luggage. When I left at 6:45 am on a Sunday the reception desk was unstaffed which was a problem since I had not paid. The lobby lights were off and I could not find a way to turn them on so it was just emergency lights on making it quite dark and dangerous to navigate the stairs to exit the hotel with lots luggage.

An amazing / imposing building which is conveniently located right opposite the railway station. The interior is first class and the staff first class too. Lovely breakfast - great variety of food. Reception lady recommended the Jakob restaurant in the Goslar main square - excellent food.

Nothing important - one minor comment - I had a small single room without kettle but my group colleagues in standard single rooms did have a kettle.

Reception staff very helpful. When I could not connect my tablet to hotel wifi, Stephen found a way to complete connection. And I am grateful that I was given an upgrade to superior single room 310. Overall.a very welcoming experience and I would gladly stay again. Q

Renovated good looking room. Perfect location. Right in front of the old town entrance, restaurants, shops. Paid parking, but possibility for hybrid&El car charging included in parking price. possibility to put a car in garage if there is a space. Warm room.

I would re-new pillows as they would improve quality of sleep. They were pretty worn out and not comfortable.

Very close to the trainstation and about 10 minutes walk to the center. Check-In easy and friendly. Room clean and newly renovated bathroom.

Our room (3rd floor) only had a small window and thus was fairly dark - which also made it cosy though. Fairly high price.

Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with fresh egg options. Lovely coffee too! My single room was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom (with a real door!)

THe bed had a plastic sheet underneath with made for an uncomfortable sleep

If the hotel included full service restaurant, it would be perfect.

Lovely old hotel with great character and value. Super breakfast and very nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff and good motorcycle parking. Handy for the train station and the old town.

The hotel restaurant was closed for dinner but not really a problem given the number of decent eating places in Goslar.

Comfortable room with fridge, newer furniture and good sized bathroom. Close to the city center. Even though is by the train station it was quite.

Our room didn’t have a kettle for tea/coffee, which would have been nice to have. Also not enough parking spots, so we had to park by the train station.
