We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa Candolim. The ambience of the hotel was so inviting that we found ourselves spending most of our time on the property rather than going out. The hotel is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, soothing lighting, and a calming vibe throughout. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of dishes, both local and continental, and the service staff were friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was the play zone — perfect for families with kids. It had plenty of options for entertainment and kept everyone engaged. Truly a relaxing and joyful experience!

Honestly, nothing major to complain about. If I had to point something out, it would be that some activities in the play zone had time limits, which could feel a bit restrictive when the kids were really enjoying themselves.

I'm so happy that we chose this hotel for our first family holiday with our 2 kids! My parents accompanied us on this trip as well. Since day 1, everything was nothing short of amazing. The rooms could have been a bit bigger and more modern but we all managed to get few nights of comfortable sleep. They were clean and had all amenities, just need a little lift up I feel! The resort itself is beautiful, lots of scenic things and very Bali-like indeed! The pool was great, though a little cold at first, we spent hours poolside with our toddler and baby! The staff was a highlight, along with the food they serve at their breakfast and dinner buffet service. Everything was so delicious, I ate way more than I needed to! My kids loved the food too, the staff ensured they were catered to and had the right kind of food to eat. They always went one step above to make sure we were comfortable with the kids and were simply so professional. I can't rate this resort more highly and can't wait to be back!

Rooms could be bigger!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had everything you could crave, and the staff were more than welcoming and accommodating, assisting us with whatever we needed from extra requests to local sightseeing spots and the best shopping locations. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pools around the resort were lovely and clean although there could be a little more activity for kids. It is a great walking distance from the beach and theres plenty to do around the resort location.

We stayed for 5 nights & had the most amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the service from the hotel [ick-up at the airport was impeccable. The check in was incredibly welcoming & easy. Loved the pool area, the kind & services from Shankar (pool attendant), Francis (pool bar tender) & Linford (concierge). They are all very friendly, attentive & support with all of our requests including posting a postcard to M'sia. Their constant & friendly demeanour & wanting to help attitude made us feel right at home (even though we were in India ;) ). The Executive Suite room as large & well equipped with all the comforts that we could ask for. The only downside with the short notice of the "Dry Day". The hotel merely informed us of the No Alcohol day 2 hours before the bar closes. They should have informed us earlier so that we could buy our stock from the shop at least a day before. The local dining area for breakfast was crowded but well managed. Their enthusiasm to recommend fresh juices & freshly made dosas were much appreciated. The hotel staff at the reception also went beyond his service by allowing us to extend our stay in the same room until 4pm (late check out is at 1pm). Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service & comfort!

Staff at Food cuisine, malay and all other staff took care of us like family, they were proactive and kind. Food non veg options were limited and that can be increased. Room service staff, sudhanshu was very helpful and had good service attiitude. Room could have been little bigger as we were 3 adults(family staying ) together. Pool could have been more clean as we could not see the bottom floor. Tree alongside pool was very cooling and very sceneic for eyes in this summer season. Overall i would rate 9 on 10 due to courteous staff.

Non veg food option could have been more. And fruits offered during dinner was not tasty.

Quite place, located well in interiors, Good ambience, stayed in elegant Quite, Quite comfortable.

Nowadays there is cost cutting on everything, they have stopped giving bisleri bottles, instead they are glass water bottles in rooms, with Novatel tags. In dinner, there were limited options, no child menu available, although the s restaurant staff was very helpful. Rooms are bit expensive considering the off season. lot of activities included are paid, considering the cost of rooms, atleast children activities should be free.

A beautiful and green property with a lot of neatly maintained amenities, and a lot of things to do for kids, as well. The rooms are neat and well maintained, with balconies. The service is delightful, with a very responsive and helpful staff, specially the front office/reception manager, who went out of his way to help us. We loved the breakfast that was served, it had a wonderful spread. The hotel is very close to Candolim market and the beach. All in all, our stay here was wonderful and made our trip even more memorable.

Hotel has great location, just 10 minutes by walk to the Candolim beach a to the shops. Newton’s supermarket is 7 minutes by walk. You can buy there everything. Breakfast was great with lot of option of indian and international cuisine. Pool is perfect for relaxation. You can use Spa and hair salon there.

The colour of pool is to dark and you can’t see where to go. It could be a danger for children.

The ambience was clean .. Property at a good location , close to all the major beaches of North Goa ... Condolim, Calangute, Baga etc. With the gaming arcade , basketball, trampoline, T.T. in place , makes the ambience great for all to have fun whilst indoors.

The lunch/dinner menu seemed monotonous for a 5 Day stay. Variety missing.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Food arrangement and the flexibility the staff extended on takeaway to the room was delightful. The overall ambience of property is very cozy.

The swimming pool needs fixing the floor. There were many broken tiles which could cause accidental deep cuts. Also the jacuzzi tiles needed fixing as it felt they were coming off.
