The Moxy is located in the Gateway Gardens very close to the Frankfurt Airport (one can walk there, we were meeting with friends traveling by rail and plane, we arrived by private vehicle) - it’s a great area to stay for early flights out or late arrivals. The Moxy hotel lobby has quite a vibe for guests to convene which is really nice for an airport hotel - lots of seating areas in the lobby, benches in the courtyard outside. Light snacks, meals and a hotel bar in the lobby which also had internet computers and luggage lockers. Breakfast had vegan, gluten and lactose free options. Rooms were quiet and clean. Parking garage for an extra fee, during our stay there was 90 min free street parking with Parkuhr. Two restaurants and a well stocked grocery store just steps the hotel. S-Bahnhof for the Gateway Garden is nearby, as well as the train stations serving Frankfurt Airport, maybe a 10 minute walk from Terminal 2 which has links to T1.

Mattresses were a tick on the soft side…pillows and linens were great, okay for a night

Location is great, staff were friendly, the food at the bar and the little shop with drinks and snacks was very convenient. There is also grocery store and plenty of restaurants close by. Very convenient for a 1 night stay if you have to pick up people from the airport or sleep before a flight etc.

The carpark was half closed due to renovations - we were very super lucky to get the last parking spot. But not sure what we would have done if there wasn't a spot available! Would have been nice to be warned about the car park closure so we could have found an alternative if needed.

Great location if you need to take an early plane. The hotel is clean and neat. There is a great choice of food for breakfast - everyone will find something for themselves. Perfect for one night before the plane.

Nothing really.

The staff who were fun and outgoing. The breakfast, which was really nice and completely in sync with the hotel, being "live and let live". Bread was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's deco and ambiance was really young of spirit, but still accommodating every age.

The room was quite warm and the cooling/heating installation was not functioning properly. We had to open the window to get some fresh air during the night. Most of the TV channels were in German, with the exception of 2 news channels...

Friendliness of staff, comfy beds, location (close to airport,train station and great restaurants).

Did not receive an invoice that matched the charges on my credit card. Two rooms should equal two invoices, awaiting explanation of why I received three separate charges to my credit card that do not match up with expenditures. The walls in our room could use a coat of paint—lots of scuff marks on walls takes away from otherwise excellent first impressions. Although it was said that we could walk to the hotel from the airport, with luggage and children and an unclear route, that didn’t appear to be the case. We took an Uber without issue. Taxis are readily available; however much more expensive.

Unfortunately our first room the door wouldn’t lock! But we were able to switch to a more secure room from the front desk staff. The mattresses were quite thin and did not offer much support for a good night of deep sleep. Otherwise the breakfast selection was beyond fabulous and with plenty of options. Also the welcoming drink and activities in the front lobby were splendid. There were also great options of a super market and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel too!

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, there was a little park not too far away, taxis were easily available.

I would have appreciated an electric water heater so you can easily brew yourself a cup of tea or coffee in the morning when you have to leave before the restaurant opens. I would have liked just old-fashioned TV with the main channels. I don't like spending time figuring out how to operate all the hundreds of options. I guess I'm old school....

The hotel provides a variety of games to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The breakfast is also quite good, especially when compared to most airport hotels. The employees were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I needed to print an important document for my trip to America and mentioned that I had forgotten to do so—remarkably, they handled it for me without any additional charge. This level of service truly enhanced my experience!

I do wish there had been a kettle in my room for added convenience.

Breakfast is really good. Many choices and good quality of food. Room is spacious and toilet and shower in a seperate bathroom.

Please change the orange juice and apple juice from the machine/dispenser. It is just some powder with water. Not good at all. The gym is also really small. Only 3 machines and weights/ boxing ball. A lot of business people who want to work out after work so full sometimes...

This hotel is very soundproof and close to the airport (20 minute walk). Everybody was very friendly and check-in was quick. While there, we took the train into Frankfurt (It is a quick 2-minute walk to the S-Bahn Station and the Frankfurt Train Station is only 3 stops away).

I would have loved a way to make a cup of coffee in the room (that said, in the morning excellent, complimentary coffee is available in the lobby)
