When we first walked in our room it had a strong foul smell. The breakfast appears to have been warmed up food and not much of it..and the breakfast area was spread around.There was no coffee close to the eating area.No juice. The front desk person was not available he was off doing things in the back. You do not honor coupons from other Comfort Inns and using a on line booking agency...

location could have been better, or having a sign on the main street leading from the freeway would help. Breakfast was good. Sausage was OK, but bacon would have been better for my taste. Waffle was good as was the coffee.

can't think of anything I didn't especially like.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We couldn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Good location, no traffic noise. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

As I said, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would have liked is some oatmeal at breakfast, but that is a minor request as there were plenty of other options at breakfast.

Good breakfast -- appreciated eggs and sausage for protein, one not-too-sugary cereal (Cheerios), and yogurt. But would have appreciated instant oatmeal, bananas.

The bed sagged badly in the middle. You really need to replace the beds! We won't return until you do.

The staff was very friendly, helpful And prompt in get us into our room . The room was very clean well stocked.. A very nice temperature was kept in the room upon arrival...Very clean dining room. We were unable to partake in the breakfast on this day..

It would of been nice to have larger bathrooms or the sick out the outside of the shower and toilet.. our room key would not let us into the swimming pool Area. It would be nice to have a little bit bigger parking spots. And the pool hours to be longer

The staff was all super nice and the breakfast was great! The kiddos loved the pool it's located in a very convenient spot to get to where you need to be.

We had someone knock on our door 2x in the middle of the night and someone try to get in my guess is it was another guests who maybe drank a little too much he seemed upset it was kinda freaky but moved on quickly. And then all the fire alarms went off at 2 am and scared everyone again I think another guest was cooking in the room from what the front desk said and set them off was just a little scary for the kiddos to be woke up to that. But at least they work. The hotel was great just these things that happened made us mark it down a little.

The staff was amazing, we loved the size of the room - comfortable for all 5 of us.

We found the level of chlorine used was irritating to our eyes and sinuses as we tried to use the hot tub

Room was sparkling clean. Nice to have a small table with 2 chairs. BIG screen TV. Comfy bed and a variety of pillows, soft and firm. BIG towels. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the usual other carbs.

One tiny thing: coffeemate instead half and half.

Staff was great, food was good, quiet location!

Shades didn’t go far enough for that black out affect. AC rattled every 3rd cycle, used ear plugs we had. Didn’t bring it to the front desk because it was to late.

Very comfortable bed

Small towels and only 2 washcloths. Weary worn travelers like to take an evening shower and morning shower. Need more washcloths!
