Ever arrived somewhere late at night and been greeted with the kind of kindness that instantly melts your stress? That was my experience at this hotel when I checked in around midnight. I was met by the kindest, most helpful gentleman named John.. who truly went above and beyond. He not only made sure I got a room that accommodated my disability.. but also continued to show warmth and care throughout my entire stay. The room exceeded my expectations.. the beds were incredibly comfortable.. the layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed.. and most importantly, I felt safe and at ease. The location was also ideal.. making it easy to get around and access what I needed. This stay reminded me how much a genuinely kind staff member can elevate the entire experience. Thank you, John.. and thank you to the hotel for making this trip a peaceful one.

The only minor downsides were that the shower water was colder than usual on the last two days.. and there was a small dog that barked quite a bit, which was a bit disruptive. But honestly.. those were small issues in an otherwise wonderful experience.

Having a kitchen and comfortable bed and room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room i had selected wasn't ready when we arrived at check in time. However the staff was apologetic and communicated updates. They offered a different room but it was on the first floor with the pool, connected conference center, fitness ctr, and more noise. Glad we waited for the room we originally selected. We did have a toilet that kept running and we had to take the lid off and pull up the float to get it to stop. I did report it a couple of times so I hope they get it fixed. It was more annoying to waste the water than anything.

The property was clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room had plenty of space.. The kitchen was a great addition and the pullout couch came in very handy traveling with three grandchildren. We arrived roughly around midnight and the lady who checked us in was super sweet and offered us a late check out at no extra cost knowing that we were traveling with three young children. It was greatly appreciated! The breakfast attendant went out of her way to make sure that we knew that the coffee had been refilled and she had freshened up some of the other options as well. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and super helpful. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcome.

I felt like the price that we paid was pretty expensive for the location and the value.

From the start of entering to check in, I was very pleased at the appearance of how it all looked. It was clean, the Christmas trees were lit up, and the gal checking us in was exceptionally friendly! I was surprised at how large our room was and how clean and tidy the rooms looked! It was very appealing! Very homey feeling, so thank you! Even the shower the next morning had excellent water pressure and it was great! I also loved how all the soaps and shampoo/conditioner were all hanging! I've never seen that before and I love how appealing that looked to the eye! The lounge and breakfast area was also very appealing and cozy and we greatly enjoyed our Continental breakfast and the fact that there was so many choices! Great job! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone! Merry Christmas! Isabel was exceptionally friendly at the front desk with check in and Hannah was present the next morning with breakfast and check out!

I loved everything! There isn't anything I didn't like!

Breakfast had a nice assortment of food. Hot food was available even at the end of breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was very clean.

There were some communal areas of the hotel that didn't appear to get a lot of staff attention. The outdoor sitting area was dirty with garbage and cushions from the furniture on the ground. Looked the same the next morning. Pool was clean, but no towels available. Very humid with not a lot of ventilation. Not an upscale hotel, but since it's family and pet friendly, it doesn't have to be.

Well we liked everything about the hotel. Our room was a suite with a full kitchen and plenty of room throughout. The bathroom actually had a nightlight! I loved this because with black out curtains it is usually difficult to find your way to the bathroom at night. The breakfast was excellent with a very good variety of foods to eat!

The location was great! The pool was open and clean and the hot tub was working and good! The size of the hotel was great and came with cooking utilities even a pitcher! The dish washer was a life saver!

The parking lot could use some work at entrance as my car would dip out. I requested three bath robes and extra towels before start of stay that was approved but has to request in person again at front desk with no bath robes.

The room is big, clean and comfortable to sleep. Hotel is in a great location, near Costco, Walmart and West Acres Mall. Breakfast is okay, basic continental.

The pool does not have shower (or maybe I just did not found it and did not asked either) so we ended up not using it. The dishwasher keeps on beeping and it is so annoying. We can hear the dog's barking from the other room.

Its clean, convenient and quiet. It offers a continental breakfast but the rooms also have a kitchen so you can make your own food too. I have stayed here a few times and it’s always great. However, this time i noticed the kitchen was missing glasses, the remote to the tv didn’t work nor the disposal. I called and everything was fixed but the glasses? We never got any glasses. Not a big deal but just a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

The room was spacious and well played out. The kitchen space was nice. Two led tvs. Quiet location. There is an Irish restaurant right next door with great food and good service. Definitely would stay there again. Highly recommended
