Great location. We paid the rate that included breakfast. Breakfast was good. We would have had dinner too, but there were no gluten free options. Thank you for having an allergy friendly cookie option at check-in!

Please offer gluten free options in the restaurant. We had to come back to the front desk to inquire about the included breakfast. It would be nice to have that taken care of during the check-in process. There was also some construction taking place on our floor.

Our check in and out staff Mandi was beyond exceptional. This lady went over and beyond to help us get our bookings correct and help our family to be close as we said goodbye to our brother. I have NEVER dealt with such a personable, caring person striving to do her job so perfectly while making her customer feel like they are not just a room number coming and going. All the staff was very nice, and the place was very clean and accommodating, but Mandi will forever stand out in my head when I think of The Doubletree.

Everything was so beautiful! They provided water bottles and cookies which was so nice. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soaps. The room was absolutely beautiful and the layout was so nice. I loved the spacious desk area and all the lighting which made working on my computer a great experience. The sheets and pillows were so comfortable, I would buy them for my own house.

The hot tub water looked like it needed to be cleaned, but it was still a very beautiful pool and hot tub area.

the elevator! I jave panick attacks and have only recently been able to do elevators again but this one was terrible for me. The pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel. The chlorine smell was beyond overwhelming and the water was an icky shade of blue with hairs.

Location is a little far from things. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Nice big snack area, flavoured water & coffee always available. Restaurant & bar was a nice bonus. Very nice hotel.

We had a neighbour above us with very heavy feet that was running marathons until 2am. On our last morning housekeeping was banging on our door at 10am and attempted to come in. Tried again at 10:30. Checkout is not until 11am. Also smelled like weed in the hallway on our floor.

Room size was better than expected. It had a separate sitting area with its own TV and comfortable sofa which included a chaise lounge. The sleeping area was large and also had a TV. King bed mattress was very comfortable. Late breakfast hours and 12p checkout time were a plus too.

The only complaint is the shower. Dirt and soap scum was under the seal around the bottom of the shower door and bottom of the wall tile. Looked very bad. This problem lowered the overall hotel rating. Rating would have been a 9.

The cost of the breakfast buffet could have been included in the room rate...lol It seemed a lot of the cheaper motels had similar breakfast buffets to offer at no extra charge.

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable!

I only wish there was a free breakfast option, the breakfast that was available was good, but the $12 per person seemed a little high.

It was updated wonderfully and clean

The pool I was SO excited to swim but it smelled soooo strong of chlorine my husband and I couldn’t be in there without getting a headache
