Breakfast was awesome. Great variety and clean area! Location is great. Our daughter's dorm room is on the west side of the river. Works great for us!

While everything was exceptional, it seems that you can hear the movement from the floor above. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear the movement of the room above us. I've never encountered that before.

The room was a great size. The room was clean, the property was clean. The breakfast was great, the staff was great, etc!

More handicap parking spots close to the hotel. I was forced to park all the way at the opposite end of the parking lot and I'm disabled. 3 or 4 spots just isn't enough for an area like that.

We loved this location and facility! Very clean and updated! I had read some reviews that were not very encouraging, but the price was great. The facility was exceptional, and so was the staff. Very nice breakfast. The beds and pillows were comfy . Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast selection was more than expected and the food was great! Loved the coffee bar. The staff was friendly on every interaction! I left behind an item and was contacted about getting it returned.

The coffee maker in room was missing a piece so I couldn’t make it when I woke up. Didn’t want to get it from the lobby until I was ready to leave but the selection offered there was great!

Check in was fast and friendly. The front desk staff both evening check in and morning check out were outstanding. We felt welcome, informed, and safe Breakfast was a great selection. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We loved the shampoo bottles in the shower, made us feel more at home. The entire facility was extremely clean. Thank you.

That our pre-paid reserved room reservation was not anywhere in the system. It took a half hour or so for us to finally check in. Was very disappointed in management not being there and not being offered a discount or something for the trouble. Was told when we were checking out that we should have called them directly to get a hospital discount. Why not offer us the discount for the booking error?

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, a/c worked well, shower drain worked, shampoo provided, conditioner provided, body gel provided, pool area was nice, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was excellent, options for tv wonderful, refrigerator clean and operational, microwave worked, welcome message on tv nice touch, and cookies.

The toilet worked but made a loud whistling sound, sauna/hot tub was not working, usb charging not available.

Modern & updated door locking rooms & plenty of tech ports for recharging! Quality toiletries loaded in room via wall dispensers & hair dryer. Coffee maker in room but available by check in counter 24/7. Excellent hot & cold breakfast items. Clean & sweet lady attendant.

for 2 adults 4 pillows were provided. All were feather so not ideal for neck support. Would be great if 2 of the 4 were other appropriate fills. If a traveler needs options, ask when checking in.

The breakfast was good, hot and the area was clean.

The hotel was great but booking.com didn’t pass our reservation on to the hotel and after several phone calls and delays we finally we able to check in! We were not impressed with booking.com!

The location was perfect and the staff were very nice. The free breakfast was plentiful and offered many choices.

The room needs updating. Floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the ottoman was excessively worn and needs to be replaced
