I do like the customer service . I’m feel in home away from home .

The lobby is the only complaint. There is a lady I think Cinthia I not remember well but she was training another young girl happy and willing to learn , the training lady was very rude and acting like a racism My daughter and I feel very strange seeing this behavior of the girl . maybe a little attention on who gets picked in the lobby and who gets the position of training new people

never had breakfast i like the staff very professional

the hotel had a power outage than the circut breaker pop and the heater in the room i was staying got a little cold that night, but the next day the staff fixed the breaker and the next night was good

i like the staff, very friendly, and helpful i don't speak Spanish but some of the staff did speak English a great help.

that the room i stayed in did not have a refrigerator

Easy access driving into parking. Parking easy to manage. Greeted by staff, clean dining/breakfast area. You can make your own waffles!

Nothing of which to speak poorly.

The location was great! Breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was so helpful and attentive! The rooms were clean and all was working great in the room!

Hotel looks ok it is nice that the bedrooms don’t have carpet that is a plus

Location was great

The hotel sent the incorrect invoice and had to follow 3 multiple times to get the correct invoice.

The room was very comfortable, and the location worked great for us.

I called previous to my stay to ask if they had a smart tv, and they told me they had a chromecast. Arriving in the room, no smart tv or Chromecast was available.
