These are small studios which are well laid out and comfortable in a hot Revelstoke summer. They are well located on the edge of town and communication with the property was good. There were a few things we needed (ironing board, iron, coat hangers ) which were not in the room, but were provided immediately on asking. Fot its size it is very well equipped. The air conditioning was much appreciated while we were there.

There is a whole administrative procedure to undertake prior to arrival to do with registering a deposit, but this worked smoothly. When I say it is small, it really is small; hence space to store stuff or put things on one side while cooking for instance is very limited.

Large, spacious living/ kitchen area, great views across the river and mountains. Everything was well maintained and clean. Well stocked kitchen if you want to self cater. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Good aircon, which was needed because temperature outside was 30 degrees plus

Bedroom 2, very small room, foot of bed almost touching the wall so you have to shuffle sideways around it. We only had one person in this room but would have been a squeeze for two. No wardrobes or drawers in either bedroom. Bedroom 1 had 4 hooks on wall for hanging. Not a problem for us as we were only there for 2 nights and could live out of our suitcases but would be a nightmare if you were were on a longer stay or had skiing gear to cope with.

We were able to park right outside our apartment. It was very well equipped, we were able to cook s full meal, and we were also supplied with starter amounts of tea,coffee and cleaning products, which was appreciated. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable and being in the ground floor we had a covered patio area. It’s just a short 10 minute drive to the shops & supermarket. There were a lot of mosquitoes so don’t forget your deet!

There isn’t a lot of storage, which was fine for a short stay, but it would be a problem if it was occupied by 4 people.

Beautiful location, light and airy rooms, modern, quiet air con (much needed after several noisy hotel ones!), handy washer and dryer. Nice ambience, relaxing music playing on entry! Lovely hot tub. Gorgeous views from windows. Shuttle bus stop on site is useful - only a few minutes in to the town for restaurants etc.

No storage!! No wardrobe or even just a chest of drawers to put stuff in if staying for a few days. No surfaces eg shelves or top of drawers to put cosmetics, toiletries. Medicines etc. which made it incredibly difficult for someone with mobility issues, having to bend down to a suitcase all the time. Not even room for toothbrushes in the en-suite. No drying rack for the washing machine, so we had to hang stuff that doesn’t tumble over doors and any coat hooks. Mattresses very comfy but slid around on the flat base board. Chairs outside the property aren’t very private (basically in the walkway so if you want breakfast outside, only 2 people can do this at once, and others may walk past to leave their properties or go to the hot tub).

Great location, close enough, but away from the highway and rail noise in town and very peaceful and serene along the river. Well stocked kitchen, well laid out and fantastic hot tubs. Free shuttle to ski hill is very convenient. Comfortable and quite accommodations. Great that they are pet friendly too.

The bathroom sink in the 1 bedroom pet friendly suite is way too small. It is micronized with no countertop space and no towel racks or hangers to help. Needs some small counter space and hooks and racks to help in the bathroom, which is otherwise fine. The sink is very European in scale and there is no room for more than a contact case to go.

The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals, making it ideal for longer stays or for those who prefer cooking. One of our favourite was the strict quiet hours in place—these created a calm and restful environment, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, taking in the stunning night views in complete peace and quiet. It’s a great place to truly relax and recharge.

Location is great. Close enough to Revelstoke but quiet, overlooking the Columbia River and mountains. Our room caught the afternoon sun and there is space to sit outside and relax. I'm a runner and directly opposite Basecamp is a trail leading up into the forest and to viewpoints. Excellent! As a bonus we watched a black bear checking out the garbage area!

Pretty much all good. We were using the upstairs lounge and sofa bed as an extra bedroom. It was a warm day and upstairs gets warm. Putting on the air con to remedy this meant quite a lot of AC noise in the downstairs bedrooms.

ooh my goodness where to start, lets start with the views, the apartments especially the 2 bed elevated position means every moment you can watch the stunning blue river the mountains its canada at its best, we loved this place. the staff are friendly, professional helpful and great to talk to, they helped us alot. the apartments are stunning, spacious, modern and spotless clean, well set up for every purpose and comfort, we loved our stay here. having a laundry so convenient, we had drink every evening music on the tv and watched nature in front of us. perfect we stayed 6 nights but it was not long enough

revelstoke is a great town and we did everything that tourists do but know in advance that this is a very busy town, and only has one supermarket which is below average and very overpriced, if coming from kelowna shop there or even golden has better food choices for self catering. the bakery and cafes in revelstoke are expensive and offer average unappealing choices. also you are a fair drive from other places but we used it as a base to get to lake louise, golden, yoho.

The apartment was great with 3 bedrooms, one with a large bunk bed for the kids, 2 baths and a large kitchen and living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The location was assume in a rural area overlooking the Columbia River with a small lawn area for kicking a ball around. There was a nice covered patio that was great for coffee in the morning. The hot tubs looked great, but we were unable to use them as we were too busy.

Not much! The patio was too hot to use in the evening, but this should only be a problem during hear waves like when we were there.

The apartment is comfortable and has enough space for 4 adults, although both bedrooms are of different size. Kitchen is well equipped. All in all a nice apartment in a good location. Unfortunately the staff at reception did not show any interest, was not helpful at all ! Entering the apartment, we found damage ( a cut in the sofa and scratches on the floorboards) but no one showed any interest of recording it. As we had to pay a deposited upfront, we were clearly concerned not to get our money back. Instead of taking care of it at reception, we were asked to write a mail to the management, unfortunately with no answer! This is extremely bad management, which unfortunately spoilt the experience of Basecamp Resorts for us. We also highly disapprove of the general tone of rules left on the refrigerator in the kitchen. I just asked for a little curtesy towards your guests!!

Very bad management
