Rooms were large and good. Staff was outstandingly helpful, especially MsTika and Mr. Jayson.

There was no provision for drinking water in the room. They need to provide a water cooler on each floor. Also no coffee in the rooms and no milk for tea either. It wld be nice to have creamers with coffee in the rooms. Finally the AC cannot be adjusted in the rooms, as it is centrally controlled. The room gets extra cold in the nights .

Breakfast: ok, It could be better. Elevators: old Buenos Aires was plagued by mosquitoes, and the hotel lacked greater control of the internal environment. No measures and support for guests were observed.

Booking quoted the stay in Argentine pesos, in the hotel they handle the rates in only US$, in addition what is quoted by Booking is not the final price to pay, taxes must be added. I suggest always considering the final price to be paid by the customer, it is not pleasant to discover hidden costs.

I think the hotel has a good value for money. My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed; the cleaning lady was very efficient and kept it well taken care of. I liked the location, too; I also work in hotels sometimes, and the comfortable desk and good internet are important to me, the room I had was equipped with a good working desk and the wifi connection was quite good.

I found the room not very calm; there was an outside restaurant downstairs and its customers were very noisy until very late, I think this is something that hotel could arrange by discussing with the restaurant and making them move people inside after 10 pm...Also, my room was connected by a thin door with another room next to it; while the doors were closed, I could hear my neighbors all the time, and it was not very nice, they were quite loud, too. Finally, the breakfast was so-so, there was a variety of fruits and sweets, but if you want a not-sweet breakfast, the options were very limited (but maybe sweet breakfast is a thing in Argentina and it's a cultural issue, I cannot really complain about this, then)

The location and the staff was really good. Although in some situations they did not have the tools to resolve the issues.

The room was good, but the fridge was not working and the staff was not having anyone to solve it. Also, the air conditioner was stuck at 25 and was not possible to fix it. During the day, that temperature was not comfortable.

Brought my dog with me and everybody from the staff and other guests was extremely nice and helpful regarding her wellbeing. Breakfast was great, and the room was spacious and beautiful.

The building is a bit old as it usually happens in a city like Buenos Aires, location is great but it's not recommended to walk around there at night.

We had to be changed twice of room. Once the air conditioning not working, second one of the furnitures collapsed. But staff very helpful and willing to help us quickly and efficiently. We didn’t mind the change of rooms .

Nice comfy room & bed, very nice front desk staff. Good lighting and WiFi.

Crazy folks from USA like to have coffee available in the room...even instant is OK, but going down an elevator 10 flights, then carrying up a small Styrofoam cup of coffee was the one negative experience.

location was wonderful and bed was very comfortable. we really appreciate the breakfast included.

there was an issue with check in (the room w/ queen bed that we booked wasn’t available) and they were trying to charge us more for a suite. in the end, they recognized it wasn’t our error and upgraded us. we were appreciative in the end.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was courteous and friendly, especially yhe doormasn. Brealfast was good and the location ideal, close to attractions, etc.

The hotel was everything we needed it to be! Centrally located, walkable. Super clean and amazingly friendly staff! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We would most definitely stay again!
