My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon and it was FABULOUS! We actually live in Juarez and on this particular occasion, we stayed there just for a quieter weekend and some pool time. My wife has taken her sister there for rest and relaxation. The rooms are Great and the fact that there is a bathtub is definitely a feature not commonly found in Juarez Hotels. Thanks for a Great weekend. We will definitely be returning. 💯👍

I loved it all. Has FREE wash and dryer. That was awesome. The pool is inside and is peaceful. The staff people are amazing. I enjoyed it every night. Third floor ice machine was broke, which was our only inconvenience, but we enjoyed going down to the lobby. Breakfast was delicious. I would go back. Thank you all.

The ice machine was down the whole five days we stayed but no biggie. The pool closed early, but again, nothing bad.

I like most everything but the best they have washer and dryer where you can wash your clothes!! For free…. Pool was inside that’s nice and we can drink and have a good time.

I didn’t like the breakfast fruit was old not to appealing I think the price is high for not having a good breakfast.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was a good value. There are several tables and chairs around the pool area to relax in the afternoon. It was also a surprise to find the small exercise room is open 24 hrs. The lobby area is large and well appointed. We loved the shuttle to the airport as well. The WiFi is strong and the water pressure in the rooms is good. We felt very secure and comfortable there.

The TV system does not allow switching the language to English which would have been better for us. Also several of the power outlets in the room were not working, but we found enough to keep our electronics charged up.

I liked the attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, the structure of the hotel and the check-out at any time.

I didn't like the restaurant service, they should improve the variety and quality of the food.

I love the atmosphere & pool but this time a little warm. But it was nice. This is about my 4th time here.

Some kids Saturday running & screaming thru the halls outside like they were playing tag. But other then that it was nice

Clean & tidy, pool & gym were also clean. Plenty of towels at pool side and in the gym

Could do with a mini fridge & tea / coffee making facilities in room

Location and service was very good and price was affordable

Parking was not available there was no where to park had to park our vehicle by the entrance to the parking garage in the lower level

Is a very nice place to stay. what I like the most was the patio and balconies. nice place and very nice amenities. Very nice staff. We had some problems with the room keys, but the lobby staff was there even at 3:00am to help :)

I was very happy with the room, I did not like about the room was that there was no coffee maker and no microwave nor fridge. Also, the bathroom shower I notice there was residue of a bar soap in the shower wish it means this was not clean or some onw forgot to scrub the shower. not nice.. :(
