Large and comfortable rooms

Surprised parking at property is extra charged, considering it’s not in a downtown area. Maybe should be priced in the room charge.

The front desk personnel were personable and courteous. They were able to set us up in a new room due to our original room lacking ac. The new room was even better with a larger shower. The beds were comfortable.

Upon arriving to our first room half the lights didn't work and the ac was set at 80. We quickly notified the front desk and asked if we could have another room. They politely said there weren't any other rooms available. We went back to our room to wait for the maintenance engineer to be notified. We were able to figure out the breaker was flipped for the lights, so we fixed that ourselves. About 20 minutes later the front desk called and said they were just notified the ac was out for that area of the hotel, where our room was located. After no ETA was given for ac being fixed, we were offered a new room at a discounted rate.

Loved the onsite cafe and pool the most. Plus, there were so many different areas in the hotel to lounge, work, etc. so I'd say it's perfect for those staying for work. The staff at Simona's were exceptional, super friendly. Coffee, wine and food was great every time. They come to check in on you while you are by the pool and deliver drinks straight to you which I genuinely wasn't expecting and thought was a great touch. Rooms were great, too, bed was super comfortable and the shower was really nice.

I'd say the immediate surrounding area is the only downside. It's probably a c.10 min walk to any nice restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and I'd expect most people would want to get a taxi or drive to go anywhere even locally as it's not a very nice walk.

Every single staff was great, helpful and friendly. GM Christian has a great management, you can see everywhere. On top of all request. Josh is the maestro of the hotel with the young man with classes and the two young girls Monica and curly hair one 😊. Every one was excellent. Ricky the receptionist at night are great help and friendly. I like the clean rooms and the facilities. Decoration is fabulous for every corner of the Hotel

The room was amazing- large, well kitted out with everything you could possibly need for your stay and very clean. The reception staff were delightful, accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. Good location, easy to walk into the main SoCo strip, supermarket within a few mins walk and several restaurants within 10 mins walk.

The cafe/ coffee shop area is pretty and pleasant to Spend time in, especially the outdoor area but the food options are very limited. The menu options are few, and food, served from a truck, stops being served at 5pm. It’s breakfast options and tacos, with the odd pastry option which sells out by 10.30am usually. Staff are not always so helpful in the bar/ restaurant. The cafe areas are hugely busy and it seems full of remote workers who are not always a resident but choose to work in the prettty public areas. This wasn’t a huge issue for us but it’s worth mentioning.

The size of the room was great….had a sofa and kitchen which was great if you were staying longer! Clean fresh bedding and comfortable bed. Very clean spacious bathroom too. Lighting good Air con good.

The location was a bit out of the way. And it was a really long walk from my room to the bar and pool. Also you have to get staff to let you into pool area but they were very busy behind bar with a queue for coffee. Also no restaurant on site. Just snacks.

Very unique boutique hotel! Our studio room was spacious with a full fridge, kitchen sink, and basic items like glasses, coffee cups, and eating utensils. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was very large. The bar/cafe was convenient with a nice selection of cocktails and coffee/espresso. In the morning there is a taco truck on site that serves really good breakfast tacos. The outdoor patio area has a great ambiance to it as well providing a nice place to relax with your drinks and food.

We loved how spacious the room was loved there was a kitchen. Wished we could have stayed longer to take full advantage of this room. The Cocktail bar/Coffee place downstairs was awesome! We arrived right before they were closing, and they were still able to accommodate us. Cocktails were great and we went back for coffee in the morning which was also great!

Neighborhood was a little sketchy coming from the airport but as soon as you pass the hotel there are a bunch of shops and restaurants.

i loved the atmosphere and location, rooms setup was good too. the staff was friendly i didnt get a lot of info from front desk initially so i dont know if they had room service or any additional services or amenities other than the coffee shop down in the parlor. the look was amazing. and the rooms were very comfortable.

i didnt know you served breakfast, we did go to the coffee house and the first night they girls were friendly but the second and third morning the gentleman and workers were having a conversation , not engaging in eye contact ,not trying to conversate with us, first night our menu was brought to us the 2nd and 3rd they just told us "menu is over here" it was just a big difference.

Proximity to south congress and versatility of the property. Ethan was great! And helped us out.

Another front desk representative was a bit rude to us at the checkout which was disappointing. I think his name was Brandon. Also the water has an oily feel.
