I liked the fact that when I explained I would be arriving late, the staff sent a message explaining who to do a self check in.

Entrance from the main road did not seem to be well enough lit for me to find it. My unhelpful GPS sent me roaming around in back blocks. When I finally entered the park, the lack of lighting was difficult. Fortunately, some holiday makers kindly showed me the way to my accommodation. I had trouble setting a constant water temperature in the shower..

The cabin is good and the bed is comfortable to sleep also the coffee table outside the cabin was nice so we can spent time outdoors lush green trees are excellent and property is well maintained and secured

The cabin is bit small the sink in the shower is not comfortable to use apart from this everything was excellent

Overall clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Close to everything we want to do in the area. Our cabin was in a shady area which was very nice in hot days.

Only one barbeque working at the time. Need more kids activities

We first booked our cabin with verandah under the previous management who then allocated us a cheaper less luxurious cabin than the one we had booked and paid for. Not good, and they claimed to be unable to change it. (Never answered the phone and we’re slow to respond to email.) Fortunately the management changed about 8 weeks prior to our booking date and the new management fixed the problem after a single phone call. This was much appreciated. The new folks seem very pleasant and keen to respond to any issues. Enjoyed our stay!

Easy check-in, came after hours and had no trouble getting our key from the kiosk. Room was a bit old and bathroom was tiny but the place was clean. The park was quiet even when full.

Curtains (window, divider and shower) can use a wash.

It was lovely and quiet and clean. Check-in was easy. It was a convenient location and lovely surroundings.

Staff were lovely, helped us out by letting us hire a powered camp site at discounted rate to charge our car as charge station in town was broken. Then when we got home and realised Terrance, the T-Rex was missing the staff were quick to call me back AND post Terrance back to us! Thankyou!

We requested a hairdryer and had request approved but they forgot. No biggie. Just that the toddlers highlight of any accomodation is the hairdryer.

It was a cold day and the heating was greatly appreciated (gas fire + reverse cycle). Kept us warm through the night.

One set of beds were not made up. They offered to but we already were making ourselves comfortable in the cabin so we did it ourselves. Cabin was snug for the price.

I liked that it was 5mins away from everything!! Very peaceful, family orientated and lots of responsible dog owners.

The kids said the bunk beds were not comfortable.

Lovely quiet place.
