It was absolutely a great value and far enough away from the city that we felt very safe with all of our things there. We were traveling for a month and did not take all of her things out of our car for every hotel. The staff was very friendly. It was not the most luxurious place we have ever stayed, but it was comfortable and clean enough that we felt comfortable staying in this place. It was like a mini with a full refrigerator and freezer.

There was no counter in the bathroom so we had to keep all of our toiletries in the kitchen area which really wasn't a big deal since we were only staying one night. The bed was a double and not a queen but we made it work. It was not the most luxurious place and definitely did not have the feel of a hotel but more of a used apartment building, but it was clean.

Dishwasher with tablet provided, proper fridge/freezer, although old and very loud. Reasonably clean, no bed bugs on inspection most importantly. Staff was nice. The shining star was the laundry though, which has loads of machines which can be paid for and operated by an app, and it'll let you know when your load is done - no fussing with quarters or having to set phone alarms for finish times. Very handy on a tiring months'-long roadtrip!

Bathroom could be a bit more scrubbed

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Mainstay Suites, Cincinnati, Blue Ash! The staff was exceptional in every way and the location of the hotel was great because it was only 4 minutes away from my event, so you know I was extremely pleased! 😀

I was completely satisfied during my entire stay period! The hotel offered hot beverages from 5-9am which was certainly welcomed, even though they don't offer breakfast and parking is available on site!

Clean, clean, clean! Large, open room, great bathroom with good counter space, little kitchenette was great. We made breakfast in the morning, slept well, easy to check in, and close to a lot of things! Easy to get places and we were there over a holiday. The sounds were muffled well also: there were fireworks going off at the park a little over a mile from us and you could barely hear them through the window but the view was great!

The breakfast was bad: bottled water, small muffin and a sugar laden, bio-engineered cereal bar. Yuck! A little skimpy on the supplies in the kitchen but we made do.

The rooms were beautiful. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff was incredible. Overall, very nice place to stay

While this is pet friendly - there is a $50.00 pet registration fee (non-refundable) . In addition, there is a $10 fee per night for your pet. This was only found out after the booking via email. This should be listed before one books a reservation.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. We liked having the kitchenette. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the area and very close to where we needed to be. The bed was also very comfortable.

The person or people who stayed in the room before us smoked, and the scent was still in the air conditioner. We used an odor eliminating spray, but whenever the air conditioner came on, we could smell it. I don't blame the hotel since this is a non-smoking hotel, but it was pretty annoying. We told the staff about the smell coming from the air conditioner when we were leaving, and they said they would get maintenance to check it out. In future, I will make sure to request that the room not have any smoker smells.

Everything was great, much better than I expected. The room was nice and clean, everything was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will most definitely stay there again when in the area.

I didn't like the conditioning/shampoo and the bath soap. They weren't very good and left me not feeling ready for the day. Good thing I brought some. That is it, so I'd say that other than that little thing, everything was great!!!!!

Everything was great ! They was able to accommodate my inlwas with a handicap room with everything they needed. The whole stuff was friendly , helpful and made sure their stay is pleasant .

Roohs were clean, and had ahh the kitchen items necessary for extended stays

Only three small pillows for two people. Comfortable, but were about the size of throw pillows for a sofa...

the staff was friendly, our room was great!! the bed was comfy, it was clean. We really enjoyed the kitchenette and the bathroom!

You could hear pretty loudly when other rooms closed their doors other than that was a great experience.
