The hotel was conveniently located and is easy found, but first searching make me a bit confused with the map, when arrived I ask the receptionist bout the location he said haven't changed yet but will do soon. But don't worry only the name haven't change but location still can found. Staff very friendly,fast and obliging. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable and convenient. Room was well equip with water boiler and small chiller. The bed comfy and comfortable and the aircond oso cold. Hotel near the kuantan river just walk in 3-4 minutes, oso can directly see from our room. The next day I & husband was very happy to be given late check out after my small request Thanks Faiz. Staying 3D2N not enough for us , we had to return for work! n Will be back soon with my husband.

The location very near to city centre. Lots of cafes & restaurants located around the hotel, some of them within walking distance only. There’s paid parking lot behind the hotel but you can get discount when validate the parking ticket.

Lift available. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and there’s basic amenities in the room. Room is clean and water pressure in the bathroom very good. If you plan to visit Kuantan, I recommend this hotel because of the location, spaciousness and cleanliness.

The view of the Kuantan River from the room was stunning, and it is just a few minutes walk to the esplanade which is great for walking. The room was clean, everything worked, the bathroom was spacious. It was great to have a small desk. And also very good to have blackout curtains. All hotel staff were helpful; one of the housekeeping staff checked with me what else I needed and brought the items to me promptly. A friend had told me the breakfast was "simple". I guess it was - but to me it was very good; it was more than enough, there were even healthy options like the omelette, 2 types of fruit, brown sugar for the coffee and tea.

There were a few small ants on a pillar in the room, but they didn't bother us. A plug point on both sides of the bed would be great for charging.

Big room for 4 adults and 2 child. Big AC, comfortable beds, big bathroom/washroom, mini fridge, big wardrobe and a LED tv. I choose breakfast options too and the breakfast is good too !

They didn't change bed sheets for 2nd day even though they know we have kids. The baby cot I already requested upon booking, but they didn't provide it before until I asked reception to give it on 2nd night. The room bathroom drainage hole is chocked. water is floating in the tub area when its full. no path for drainage Hotel doesn't have its own parking, you need to book prior parking using flexi or book from touch n go at the parking point.

Room: Very clean and spacious, ordered triplet room but got upgraded to quad single bed. Pretty impressed with the price given vs the room Clean: Room is already clean with no dirt spots, only take away is to change the sliding bath cover since there are brown spots around Breakfast: Breakfast is phenomenal since there are many different variety, 3 main course and 2 kinds of munchies and also the drinks has teh tarik included with standard coffee and tea plus juice on top. Would like to add that there are fruits also included if u want to have light breakfast

For the price, this hotel has exceeded my expectations

Take the room on the 3rd floor with the river view for a nice view and you can see the big "Kuantan" word at the bank. Same with other comments, breakfast is well enough for a 2-star hotel. They have 3 main dishes for breakfast which is nice to me. Also the hotel is near to the Kuantan 188 tower, and also the Art Street is just right across the street (go at night for the night market along the street).

Water pressure could've been stronger, but still acceptable. A complimentary hand soap, toothpaste+toothbrush and provide face towel would be good too.

The room was so nice and spacious. There was space for muslims to pray and a sejadah was provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The toilet was spacious too and very clean. The tv was good 👍. The bed and the blanket were well cleaned, no weird stain. Just the parking is limited. Overall it was a very nice experience 🫶

I guess just the parking is very limited as the hotel is located at a very busy road and kinda in the middle of kuantan city 👍

Location. Situated near the river where you can have a nice stroll or jog. There are many café and restaurants in vicinity too. The street art alley and night market just at the opposite within walking distance.

No free parking. And it can be a hassle in the weekend. And the water heater doesn't work as expected. Even with the drawback, the is actually my repeat stay. I hope the management do works to improve it.

I book for the superior queen bedroom. however upon arrival, the bedroom was full. to my surprise, the staff upgraded the bedroom to the superior king with a single bed at a similar price.

the parking, coz the hotel doesn't have its own parking. you have to compete with others to get the public parking. there is private parking near the hotel but more expensive compared rate for public parking

The room is nice, have basic amenities - not much too complain. Location is superb although it is extremely hard to get a parking place. My room had a great view over Kuantan riverfront. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Lastly the breakfast surprises me, it‘s really tasty (the nasi impit and rendang).

Not much aside to the fact that parking is extremely hard in this area - I have to drive around for 4 times in order to find a space.
