We really enjoyed that this hotel was more like a resort. Including two pools, a playground and other outdoor activities. The hotel also offered nightly movies and an ice cream social for the kids which was a bonus. The breakfast each morning was great and the servers, especially Mr. "T" went above and beyond to make sure your family had a wonderful experience. We will be back.

The hotel feels a little dated and could use some updates in a couple areas, including the wall to wall carpeting throughout. The smell of the carpets in the rooms was pretty stinky. Also, the bathrooms in the rooms could use an update as well. But other than that, it was a great experience for our family.

Loved the amenities. Two pools, each with hot tubs. Outdoor fenced in playground, ping pong and giant chess. There were also basketball and tennis areas. Large selection of books and dvds. Activities offered throughout the week. We only stayed one night, but there was an ice cream social.

Beds are very firm. Not a bad thing but we are used to a little softer. We booked last minute and ended up with an accessible king room. Not sure if there was an issue with the shower or if we didn’t know how to properly use it, but the pressure on the hand shower head was very low and if we turned on the standard shower head it was leaking from the connection.

The swimming pool was a highlight for me - it was really relaxing. However, I was disappointed to find that the restrooms were nowhere near the pool. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. As a result, I had to walk all the way to the lobby in my wet swimsuit, which was quite inconvenient. My room appeared to be clean at first glance, but when I turned on the bedside lamp, I noticed dust particles floating in the air. Breakfast was pleasant, but I wouldn't call it a "very good breakfast". On the plus side, the hotel's location and architecture were lovely.

A renovation could really bring this hotel up to date and improve the overall experience.

Staff was very friendly, nice location, pretty clean, lots to do on property, nice facilities. It's be nice if there were pickleball instructions posted on the court for those who aren't sure how to play.

Staff was very friendly but the poor girl upon check in was having a little trouble understanding us and vice versa. The AC in the room kicked on exceedingly loud and the staff took a bit to figure out the pool lights (which is a safety issue as all staff should be thoroughly schooled in all major areas of hotel in event of an emergency). The air hockey table needs a little fixing, the puck gets stuck in one end goal. But those are minor. All the major things were great!

I love that it’s close to the shops and nearby attractions. The staff and restaurant were very accommodating and pleasant!

The pool. I’m not sure if the water is suppose to be murky like that but on our first night my family and I went to the pool to check it out. There was a lot of people (I understand that it’s the season!) for a pool that’s not as big. I was unsure if the water was murky because of the many guests that were there or if that’s just the pool itself.

Loved that our room had two bed and a pull out sleeper sofa (twin) assumed it was a full one but that’s ok it wasn’t bad! Location was perfect to all shops , awesome pool and hot tub.

People were at the bar until 11 but at 945 they wouldn’t allow anyone else in to get a drink . At first we tried to cancel due to our grandmother being very ill respiratory wise. And when I told the girl on the phone at reservations that we were looking to see if the cancellation fee could be waived due to an emergent matter due to our grandmother being very very sick. The representative responded with “well I’m very very sorry but unfortunately you will have to pay the cancellation fee and taxes”. Which is understandable but I felt like we were being mimicked when I said “very very sick” and she responded with “well I’m very very sorry but …” . Either way we made do

This hotel is in one of the best locations in North Conway. You walk out the hotel door and one block away are so many wonderful shops for clothing and food and anything you need for your travels. There’s a Market Basket grocery store within walking distance. The property feels safe and no worries about where to park your car. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and meticulous and the lobby is well decorated with natural themes. The king size bed and room we’re comfortable and super clean. And when you check in, a welcoming voice greets you. My wife and I think this is the best hotel to stay in in North Conway after staying in many others in town.

Some parents let their kids run loose through the breakfast buffet and one was licking the pancake syrup off her fingers that she got from the syrup sprout.

Lots to do right in property - a great outdoor heated pool and hot tub, plus a large fire pit, corn hole, ping pong, and a playground. There’s also a small arcade and a great movie theater room right in the hotel too!

The room was spotless on our first and second day after the staff came, but the third day the beds were barely made - it looked like someone just threw the covers up. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. One of the elevators was broken so the wait to get around the hotel was always pretty long - it’s a huge hotel!

It was a really great hotel, they offered a variety of things. Movie night in theory movie room, spa treatments, pools and hot tubs inside and outside (even in the snow), they had saunas, a game room, a fitness room, a little market, a laundry room, a bar and lounge, and a tavern that is opened for breakfast and dinner. Only down side, was that they only accept card or you can charge your services to your room with a card on file.

Close to many of the places we visit. Near shopping, mountains, and restaurants. It is fun having the theater wish it had younger movies for toddlers. Sundae ice cream was fantastic. The two pools are great, and the kids loved the playground, while we adults tried pickleball.

Kid movies, the ac were so loud they may need replacing this is a must.
