Location. Great sea view and close to airport and Santa Cruz.

Room needed some attention. Bed was hard and needed more pillows. Bathroom needed updating. Walk in shower preferred to one over the bath that looked very old. No microwave plate or kettle made making drinks laborious.

Big room, excellent view. We arrived late in the evening when the restaurant was closed and were thankful to find dinner in the refrigerator.

Room looks a bit elderly. In the kitchen no caffe machine or even a kettle. Parking exits, but not enough lots, possible to find parking on neighbors  streets. To use the safe in the room you need to provide a 30 Euro deposit (only cash) and pay 1.20 Euro per day. It is not what you expect from a 4 start hotel.

Great location close to public transport. Spacious apartment in beautiful well kept grounds with short walk to sea front.

Beautiful location, amazing pool, and comfortable, large rooms for the price. Staff were super friendly and the pool bar was very cheap considering the location.

Breakfast was below average, didn't change much, and isn't worth the 7 euros per person add-on. Biggest issue was the wifi, though, which logged you out every time you moved locations around the hotel and you had to re-enter the password. Very annoying.

Big beds in big rooms. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds.

Breakfast was limited if your not keen on continental. Pool needs attention.

Great location, good views

You have to pay deposit in cash for remote control for AC… understand if it’s necessary to give a deposit but it can be with credit card in case you forget to retrieve it, it can always be returned to your card…

Good location, kind of a little away from the very centre, so quiet, but still close to anything needed. Very good service, reaction to any requests very fast. nice views, spacious rooms, facilities work.

Well, this is a huge hotel in La Palma standards. You can especially feel it when transporting your luggage or during meals at the swarming canteen.

The staff was amazing and great location.
