The restaurant, the chef and the menu are excellent. I enjoyed all my meals. I also appreciated that I could check out one of my rooms earlier by phone, simply by calling the reception at 11.00 am, as I was unable to approach them in the morning when I was leaving for graduation.

The only thing is that they need one more person to help serve the guests. The waitress was super friendly but stressed since she had to keep people waiting to be seated for too long.

Loved the overall ambience of the hotel, it had an elegant chic vibe to it. Upon arrival, my friend and I received a glass of rose’ and a Citrine crystal as complimentary gifts. One addition that I was really impressed by was the hotel’s offering of a bracelet making station on the 4th floor. Due to my friend and I celebrating my recent engagement, it was a wonderful way to spend our evening planning details for the wedding.

I’ll admit I was initially impressed that the key cards were made of wood. I had never seen a key card like that before and thought it was extremely clever and visually appealing. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the key card, given it being wood and all, has the ability to give guests a splinter. It was tiny and I removed it pretty easily, just thought it was worth mentioning!

The design of the hotel and the gym are perfect. Also valet is well arranged. Location is very close to google and the computer museum.

We booked including breakfast. But apparently only a breakfast for 2 persons was included (we are with 4). Very strange and resulted in another 40 dollars in costs. Also there is only 1 bike available to borrow and the pool is tiny.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Citrine! Wonderful staff (a special thank you to Selby for her kindness and for going out of her way to always help us)! Clean, beautiful, property and impressively quiet for being on a busy street! We felt very welcome!

Style, quietness, cleanliness, front desk staff

Not a lot to do around but a few very nice place to grab a bite, a coffee - restaurant is ok (food so so, staff not ve tu attentive) but with a little effort , it could really add value to the experience.

Great location, very clean, gym space with all I need, staff was a pleasure, highly recommend this Hotel!

So many great spots to sit. Great restaurant. Spacious room with great furniture, storage and an excellent bed.

Parking is a little odd

The hotel was beautiful, and I loved the ambiance. The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

For us, it’s location is perfect. It is clean, with good-sized rooms. Quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff.

One of us didn’t find the pillows comfortable, but that is a relatively small concern.
