Very kind staff, willing to help store luggage between arrival and check-in. Found out my room was already free and let my store my things there. There are plenty of shared facilities, including a kitchen. When I found out my key card didn't work on the second morning, the lady at the reception helped out quickly and within no time I could go back to my room. Had a nice chat with the cleaning lady each morning, she's really cool! Overall I had a very pleasant stay and felt properly taken care of as a solo traveller in a hostel/hotel.

I would've liked to have better curtains because it's light out for longer.

Good price. Breakfast was fine. Internet worked fine. They didn't clean the room, but it didn't really affect us. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, they arranged it for us to have breakfast because we were leaving early in the morning.

They should have quiet hours, or if they have them they should be more strict about them. We woke up twice because the soundproofing of the room was not good: once there were families having children running back and forth almost at midnight, the second one there were several guys chatting and laughing at 3:30 in the morning.

I really liked the atmosphere ( I find it very interesting that the property was previously a shopping center :) ) The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was equipped with toiletries, the breakfast was versatile and delicious.

I have chosen this place because it's budget-friendly, and I have not expected larger room or perfect conditions. It is a bit far from centrum by foot.

The hotel is in a quiet area, a walking distance form the bus/train station and the city centre. Breakfast is very good, with a lot to choose from (but orange juice was available only on Sunday...)

The room and bathroom are really very small, but Ok for a night or two. My room had a window into an inner patio with the common area, so I could hear people talking there in the evening. A pity! as I couldn't see the ouside to check if it is still raining or not.

No interference. Privacy is highly respected.

I forgot my washing rags in the shower. When I asked the receptionist, they said they had not received any report. They could improve by reporting staff in the shower.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. I had a small single room, but it was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was great. It was possible to drink coffee/tea throughout the day.

There was a construction site outside the window, but this did not interfere with a comfortable stay.

Good value for money: a safe and reliable place fairly close to where I was for work.

The bathroom kind of feels like it was built in as an afterthought. The double bed was two single beds placed beside each other with a crack between them.

Excellent staff very positive experience. the place, the services and especially the staff: very international, very committed and efficient. Willing to support you in everything you need. I have visited dozens of accommodations like this in Sweden, and this was the best. This will be the place you choose when you visit Uppsala in the future.

Everything exceeded my expectations.

I visited Hotell Kvarntorget three times. The room is nice. And there are many toilets and shower rooms. Especially the lobby is very nice. Also the staffs at the reception are kind. Hotell Kvarntorget is very nice!

The location was good.

The room was quite small with no window to the street. Otherwise it was okay:)
