Centrally located, just about 15 mins from airport

The staff are bit laid back, nobody came to pick the luggage even after insisting, an extra bed was asked at the time of booking but it was not provided

One of the best hotels we have stayed at best service and staff were very accommodating and friendly, would definitely recommend this to friends and family! Staff were polite and helpful especially Andika (Andy), receptionists and the cleaning team! They were fast at responding back and sorting things out for us! The hotel itself has many different facilities that are perfect for a holiday of adventure and relaxing! Everything was kept clean to the tea! The swimming pool was kept exceptionally clean and the bar services were great! The service of providing complimentary basic necessities was absolutely fantastic as it really helps. The restaurant staff were ever so helpful with providing us with alternatives with many vegetarian options available! Location wise everything was local and nearby within walking distance if not the free shuttle services was always available which helped a lot! Thank you for having us, we appreciate all the helped and support given to us!

Clean and spacious rooms, just in front of the pool. Loved it. Would definitely book it again for our next visit.

Breakfast buffet -not much options for vegetarians though. Just the regular continental with me- Goreng or Nasi- Goreng. Entrance/location of the hotel could have been better, it seemed like the whole area was waiting for a long overdue renovation. Or rather one can even say the buildings around the hotel seemed a bit spooky and deserted as if something has happened there in the past and people has just abandoned the whole area, and never looked back.

The staff were so accommodating, they were willing to help with anything, whether it was directions, help with organising taxis or other rides. Very friendly staff, always likes to talk to you. Rooms were suitable for everyone.

The wifi didn't work in certain rooms and the tiles were very slippery when it is wet.

The staff were super friendly and helpful the place was clean facilities were perfect for a family with a small child having a playroom and playground a small pool also a larger pool with a swim up bar that you could order drinks and food from

The weights machine in the gym needed to be updated all the cables replaced

The superior triple bed room was quite large with good facilities and amenities. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel facilities were also very great, swimming pool was clean and worked well, playground and kids clubs were nice, there was gym but unfortunately closed during my stay, overall was great, though.

The bathroom was slightly small in the large bedroom. The staffs were less smiley like they were so busy talking to their friends, no greetings to the guests, and no bellboy or housekeeper showing and explaining me the room when I checked in.

room was very good, but no balcony ( minor problem). Breakfast was excellent as i got a special treatment due to dietary restriction and also dinner chef cooked me special food. pool bit cold

Gym equipment need to be fixed, the multi gym machine needs instructions and a list of exercises that you can do with that specific machine

The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are big (the one we had), direct at the pool. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. (I upgraded to a room at the pool)

The hotel is old and really needs a overhaul, the rooms are not cleaned well, but if something is not working, they fix it right away.

Location was ideal, the size of the one bedroom suite was perfect, price was awesome. The staff was always attentive, helpful and friendly. It was a comfortable walk from the Hotel to the club zone of Kuta-legian

The housekeepers that mopped the room floors was using a not so clean mop. It left a dirty film over the floor.

- We didn't had our complementary breakfast as we woke up late, what a pity of us - Need to walk a bit far from the lobby into the room - The balcony could be well designed as we couldn't see anything from the balcony at the 2nd floor. It could be an open designed - Found some stains on the duvet cover - Bathroom amenities could be completed with shampoo, as we found no shampoo there
