I really liked the lighting choices in the room, very modern and the color scheme was nice. The breakfast had many choices and food was kept hot, also the meal seating area was great, very comfortable and good colors, many seating options! I think they should steam clean the carpet in the room I had. The lounging/TV area near the front is awesome, very clean and comfortable.

The luggage carts are worn and old. Just 2 employees at the front desk were nice/pleasant, one was a lady. I think any front desk person should be pleasant and welcoming always.

The remodel is fantastic. Rooms are clean and bright. The beds are super comfortable! Breakfast has a lot of options. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Great location! I asked if we could take a peek at a jacuzzi suite and the manager happily obliged. Our next trip we will definitely be booking a jacuzzi suite.

The shower head in our room came out of the wall (room 128). Didn't affect anything though. No pool yet but we were told they are building a new pool.

there was remodeling going on so breakfast was in a conference room so wasn't the best set up or space

room was nice but shower wasn't very powerful and the heater/air conditioner was smelly

I’m always skeptical when looking though online pictures. The front desk gentleman told me they are doing upgrades that haven’t been finished. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The room didn’t look at all the same as in pictures. The room was amazing. Very beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed the balcony. I don’t like to be cooped up. I took my chair outside and had my morning coffee.

The location is ideal. Close to downtown which is about a 20 minute drive. There are multiple restaurants and outlets close-by within a 10 minute drive.

The lobby is still in construction, which is not a bad thing.

Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom had large bottles on wall and shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Full breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was good. The front desk service was wonderful and polite with making my stay enjoyable.

The bathroom was a little small or for better word tight and narrow.

I loved the choices. It worked for both hubby and me. We were very happy with the renovations since our last visit.

The beds were comfortable with good pillows. The hot breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly.

No room darkening curtains on the windows.
