Bar area is nice, friendly but slow service. Prices are reasonable apart from water - they charged us 10 euros for a bottle of water, outrageous! Breakfast is amazing, quality service and exceptionally friendly staff. Although its in a temporary location as they are refurbing their restaurant.

The restaurant is closed for refurb with noisy building work. Not a big issue as the bar area is nice and offers a small menu. However its the deceit that annoyed me. Nowhere in any of the communication they sent mentioned this, they even sent a welcome email a few days before promoting the restaurant - its even on their website! Only when you try to book a table is this revelled. Poor management decision to conceal this, its the poor front of house staff that get the grief too.

First of all I would like to thank the hotel in the person of Tristan and the girl manager from Booking who helped to re-book the hotel on the dates. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that I had put the reservation not for July, but for August on the same dates) we got through to Booking and they changed the dates. It is very nice that the customer service in Booking really works! The hotel is located in Seper location, near the Mall, Reichstag, Madame Tussauds and so on. There were no slippers in the room and bathrobes were provided upon request. Everything else was good. Thanks again !

We had a great stay! The breakfast had a nice variety of food, and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. The swimming pool being open until 11 PM was a big plus. The location is top close to shops and all the main sightseeing spots. Hospitality was also excellent, and I definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing that was a bit annoying, a day before our arrival, I contacted the front desk asking for two connecting rooms since we made a 2-room reservation to make it easier for our kids. Although we were given two rooms next to each other, they weren’t connected from the inside. I had to go out into the hallway every time to check on my kids, which was a bit annoying, especially since I know the hotel does have rooms with internal connecting doors. I wish my request had been accommodated.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were clean and exceedingly comfortable. The rooms were totally sound proof and even with all the street noise and activity and fireworks on New Year’s Eve and a DJ playing music in the lobby bar there was absolutely no disturbance in the rooms. I totally loved this about the rooms. Breakfast was amazing!! There was nothing anyone wanted that wasn’t in the buffet or available by the chefs. Staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. Location was just brilliant for shopping, important sights and monuments and restaurants, cafes, etc.

Location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. Bed was firm. I prefer that. There was a menu on the table outlining the extras available at breakfast. Pool was nice.

I was not informed of the 20% discount available at the Ritz Carlton next door. The breakfast experience was chaotic. My table was cleared although there were many indicators I was not done. At the steakhouse in the hotel, dirty dishes were stacked beside our table. The pillows for the bed were like pillows you would find on a couch.

Staff were amazingly helpful and I was delighted with the treats left in our room for my wife's special birthday Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and friendly Location could not have been better, very central and just 5 minutes from the Brandenburg gate Loved the pool and sauna

Thought the drinks prices in the hotel bar were a little bit steep but guess thats the going rate for a good class hotel in a central location.

The location is excellent. The recepcionists were very kind. The elevators were available at a reasonable time, in other hotels you have to wait a lot. Good idea to allow the customers to fill their mini bar with the products available on the ground floor. Wi-Fi was OK and allow me to work from the room. Huge TV, I love it. It was great to have an iron and their iron table, really helpful.

At the bar in the lobby to get attended either it was very slow to the limit that I went away several times tired of waiting or nobody was there. At the breakfast room the first day was crowded and seems that they had not enough personnel to clean up the tables once the customer leave. Also could be better to offer normal free orange juice rather to keep us waiting for the waitresses to serve it and they were saving a lot because only filled half glass or less. At the room I missed few drawers to store my cloth. But the wardrobe was OK for few days. The hairdryer was broken as you couldn't turn it on/off but you could handle it by plugging and unplugging the cable.

I really liked the staff and especially at the breakfast table we were served by Oliver who always had a warm smile and engaging conversations with us and our kids. He was quick but still we didn't feel rushed or forgotten. So, we started the days on a good note. :)

I felt like i missed a bath tub in the room and the pool area could have been a little more inviting especially as its a tiny pool. One evening there was a family just sitting with drinks and snacks and staring in the pool. This felt awkward as they weren't in their swimming gear and just seemed to be taking up space while looking at others in the pool. I think they were eventually asked to leave but maybe there should be more clarity around what's polite and what's not in the swimming area. In general, we did enjoy the pool and sauna.

Staff very strange. They want me to pay my room when i check out again. I talld them i payed to the booking directly and the lady said no you didnt. Only garanty it was. I said no when i check in nobody uskd me to pay it was payed. She argue with me and fight for 5 minits. I had to change my language in aplication to show her its payed and she didnt accept it anyway. After 5 minits she find it that she was wrong , no appologize nothing. They charge you 40 euro per parking what the hell. Better you park on street. I uskd if i can leave my car infront of the hotel. They said no. But lamborgini was there all night all day without no problem. Guess they dont like only Porsche.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. You are right in Potsdamer Platz, so very close to railway station, shops etc. 24hr reception is convenient for early checkouts. The Lobby Bar is great for a pre-dinner drink. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is a steak house and one a more casual hotdog bar. We ate at the hotdog bar both nights as their loaded fries menu item was so delicious. But there are other casual dining options close to the hotel. The Berlin Mall ( about a 5min walk away) has a food court with lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Nothing. Would definitely stay there again.
