The breakfast was delicious. The staff was pleasant and attentive. There was a computer available for business use. It's next door to Dennys so if you're hungry there you go.

It was difficult to manage the temperature in the room to be comfortable. The beds were not that comfortable. The pool area needed attendants because kids were diving and were not supposed to. I told staff and she immediately went to the pool area to stop them. The bathroom floor had orange stuff in the corners between the toilet and tub that needs to be cleaned up. Rom 425.

Kids liked the breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Liked the complimentary coffee available in the lobby.

Pool area was very hot, more like a sauna. It might be great in winter but on the summer it was too hot inside and no air to breath. There was a hot tube that didn't have a chance to check. We've got rour rooms facing the big parking with lots of lights to the room window , not the best and the curtains were limited to close the window.

People were great. Breakfast was ok and ended at 930 which is early for me. The room was clean.

The breakfast could have been better and available until 10am at least. I stayed 13 days and asked for a late check out but all I could get was until 1130 AM I believe. My flight was at 8pm. I understand but had hoped I could stay until 2 or 3pm.

The front desk associate at the time of my check-in was super friendly and helpful. She was great! I believe her name was Tiara(?). She was a black woman, in the 30s age range. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the day of my check out.

The housekeeping staff was very pushy. They knocked prior to check out time. I told them I would be out by 11. They came back again while I was in the shower and I think a few minutes after when I was double checking the room. It was annoying because that was a distraction and slowing me down. Only issue that I had.

One of my most important factors in booking this room was the airport shuttle service. However, this location doesn't have this service. Yet, the website indicates that this location has a free airport shuttle service. The false advertising by the website is very unprofessional. It cost me 50 dollars for a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel. That was a bad first impression. I didn't like that.

The location was great for my needs. I thought that the breakfasts were very good. Since I stayed several nights, I did go purchase my own flatware cup glass and plates to improve my experience. I appreciated designated family time in pool.

Some minor issues with my room including slow sink drain and extremely low height of toilet in WC, noisy hallway. No elliptical in fitness center.

The location was great. Close to everything we wanted. The pool was amazing. The water was warm and it was clean. They had a great breakfast in the morning. Super friendly people.

The room had some peeling walls and the curtains didn't close. There was a parking garage across from the hotel that had lights on all night, so the room was pretty bright at night.

The Most~ Breakfast. EMPLOYEE "O" (the Breakfast Supervisor) stands out 100%. He does his job with excellence. His task is not just the work of filling tummies!! **on that note, it is very apparent he has taken a food handling course. (His job, to ensure we don't get sick after because of poor food safety) ** He deals with sleepy grumpy People, answering questions and filling needs faithfully, most consistently, and with a gentle grace and patience. The two mornings we were there...December 16-17 2023 "O" quietly served us, quietly and with intent. He did this to all those eating there. It was like we meant the World to him. Intent~ "O" kept filling up the food right to the end....for all the late comers. His intent delivers the standards of Best Western. From all the staff we had met I will remember one face and one face only ~ "O" the gentle servant..... the Face of Best Western Bloomington, Minneapolis 2023! Congratulations Best Western, hiring "O" is so much beyond Diversity. His work effort, the standard of cleanliness, knowlng the importance of cleaning a table top vs. a seat, keeping separate cloths (my biggest pet pieve.) He worked to be a blessing to all. I don't know too many with the same "chutzpah", drive to excellence!! This young man encourages us to return again, by his ACTIONS! And, because our stay was close to the standards we expected, we will return. The Price was good, the Equipment good , value very good....as good as the ad promised. We both appreciated our stay~ 'O" took it to a new level.... That alone made all the difference. Post Note: the Employees we did encounter were "ok". There were Employees more concerned in chit chatting together when in their presence, we were a huge inconvenience to their day. A HUGE Contrast to "O" in no way comparable. One staff member even rolled her eyes because I sought clarification for directions to a SPECIFIC STORE, SHE KNEW IT, AND HOW TO GET THERE, BUT I CALLED HER BACK FOR CLARIFICATION. I WAS WASTING HER TIME!😭😭 IT HURT The Spaghetti of roads, turns, off ramps were very overwhelming compared to where we live. An Employee with a degree of Empathy would do your Hotel Chain much better, encouraging repeate business.

Breakfast was decent but the man preparing and stocking breakfast seemed as though he didn't like his job didn't smile and told us the area was closed when there was clearly other people in there and we were preparing our stuff he started putting the chairs up and cleaning and we asked can we at least finish getting our stuff and he's yeah yeah but he was not the friendliest person or nicest.

Bathroom was very very small it was a very tight scrunch getting in there with a Lil one and I to use the potty. Parking was ok in day but night time you had to search for a open one or risk it and park in the back side that was a Lil dark and for some a Lil scary.

Breakfast was great! Nice to have a hot tub option in the pool area. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. They provided extra shampoos/conditioners for us since we needed more for our crew. When I came down to collect the extra toiletries, I overheard the front desk staff telling someone on the phone that due to privacy reasons she could not share the room number of someone else at the hotel without that persons authorization and that this was a normal safety/privacy measure. I told her “good job!” When she hung up.

Wish I had known there was a hot tub in addition to the pool.
