The bed are crazy comfortable, never fell asleep so fast. The rooms are very big, there is a lot of space and it's so clean. It's modern also and doesn't feel old at all. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is ok not bad not good. Bonus point for Elizabeth (I hope I didn't misspelled), she was very kind, professional and adapted herself to my profile. She gave me very good recommendations. The location is very good there are trams all around and a lot of attractions.

This is very particular because I am very young, travel alone and dress like a tourist but the staff judged me. They didn't feel very nice with me but they answered all my answers but no smile no enthusiasm just like I was disrupting them.

Perfect location, attentive attitude, spacious room, clean. Breakfast is simply fabulous (see picture). We chose this hotel for another reason - it was very convenient to return a Europcar' rental car here, but it reveals that it is an excellent hotel for all other points. An additional point I'd like to mention is the restaurant that is very good - you don't expect such a good kitchen in a small hotel restaurant.

Hotel instructions on how to go from the parking lot are very insufficient - it took 20 min up to find the right elevator to the Hotel entrance. You should search for hotel's logo - see picture.

The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are clean and modern, there is nothing shabby about it. There is a very convenient small table to be used in the bed, a nice feature! They had bath robes and slippers, noise cancellation, rooms are of good size. I appreciated the kettle in the room.

I can't really think of anything other than some water spillage during showers because they don't close all the way. And the trash bin pedal in the toilet in room 331 didn't work, I had to open it manually. These were not critical for me at all.

The location of the Mercure Hotel was perfect. I requested rooms close together and they were beside each other, perfect. I had contacted the hotel with a special request to maybe have something in my sons room to say Congratulations as we were on this short trip to Wroclaw to celebrate his Confirmation. He was delighted to find a handwritten card, and treat of chocolates and fruit, and a room upgrade in arrival. It was fabulous! Thank you. One of the female members of staff on reception on check in was so welcoming to me, my husband and 2 kids. It really makes a different to a hotel stay when staff are friendly and have nice chats.

Our stay here was perfect.

The hotel is very comfortably located to visit the town center. Its closed car park provides a good parking location with easy access to the hotel. The rooms are spacey, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with, they are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, varied, with lots and lots of options. I half-remembered the espresso machine from my previous visits to provide mediocre coffee - however, this time it was much better. What's even more amazing is that they provide V60 equipment, so you can brew your own quality coffee if you are into this.

The room was rather cold. It might have just been the sudden temperature drop and all the changing weather, but still. Upon arrival the cleanliness of the bathroom was not entirely on spot, some more care would be appreciated about that.

The staff were amazing. I've never experienced such friendly staff when staying at a hotel, they were so great at building rapport and being attentive to any problems that you might have. They allowed us to leave our bags with them before check-in, which was a great help as we could more conveniently look around the city. The hotel room itself was nice enough and a good size. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the market square.

The hotel is a little dated and could do with a refresh. Our room was often too hot and the AC was not working, leading the hotel to give us a portable fan instead. This really wasn't ideal as we had an 8-month-old with us. Nonetheless, the staff tried their best to help us. There were other small issues with our room, such as the door handle in the bathroom being broken. It's just a little dated and in need of renovation. With that in mind, it was a little expensive for the quality of the room.

Everything about our stay at Mercure was fantastic. Amazing room, great size, breathtaking view with super comfy beds. Perfect. Kids had little beds and loved them too. The coffee machine in the room was a very nice touch. Loved the smell of the hand wash and shower gel. The hotel provides water machines on each floor so it is really easy to refill bottles with sparkling or still water. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but had some local wine at the bar, which was very good. Kuba was ready to recommend it! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic too. Wide selection of hot and cold food and plenty of choice for coffee lovers! Breakfast team was very nice too. Andrzej, Grzegorz, Gabriela and the most pleasant lady at the welcome desk made our day on both mornings of our stay. All in all probably one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Good location for old town and cathedral island. Comfortable room and bed. Bag storage available if arriving before check in time. Safe in room. Our room was on the sixth floor with a good view of church across the road. Water dispenser on each floor to refill own bottles or glass carafe provided in room. Bathroom good. Shower pressure pre controlled to reduce water usage. Good selection of hot and cold items at breakfast including scrambled egg, frankfurter sausages, pancakes, vegetables, salads, local cheeses and hams, good bread selection, waffle machine, pastries, fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals, smoothies and fruit juices.

There was an occasional machinery humming noise from above the room which was noticeable but not too disturbing. Pre controlled shower pressure is a nice idea though it does tend to mean staying in the shower for longer than usual.

Good accomodation with excelent location. Room I've chosen had a view of the Church, beautiful Chełmonski's paint reproduction and was quite spacious. Overall I'm quite satisfied of my stay, but surely there are some fields for improvement - i.e. hair dryer could be replaced (looked and worked like a very old model, not effective, very loud) it could be more than one trash can - to make It easier to sort waste.

Perfect hotel near the Wroclaw City Center. Everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We got an upgrade to a room on the 5th floor with easy access to the top terrace. The breakfast is extremely varied (you could also make yourself waffles) and tasty food. The access to the parking and in the hotel was great extremely easy. They offer recyclable bottles that you can fill on the hallway but we would have preferred to have the minibar full (even if we know that this has been a problem in almost every hotel after Covid).
