Doanesia Hotel is indeed a place where one can find everything he needs for a short vocation or long and here's why: 1. The comfort of the bed and rather large room with string and stable Wi-Fi make this place hard to beat by other competing Hotels in and around Trana. 2. Staff and Breakfast- Polite, friendly, and above all, professional staff here really have that authentic manners one might see on TV. They literally welcome you with a smile and share tips on local attractions, and all that while you make a 'check-in'. To some that might be a small thing, but indeed it makes every tourist feel genuinely welcomed, and that made me feel respected and grateful overall. 3. Spa & Sauna, are a bonus on my list, be it for a quick morning swim or a short exercise or sauna in the evening. I always feel rejuvenated and leave the Hotel relaxed, eager to return. And that means every time I have a business meeting or any flight I'd take from Tirana's airport, booking a short stay at Doanesia for me is a 'must'

Concerning the hotel, services, and the room itself nothing.

Really clean, amazing and really varied buffet breakfast, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they even provided me with an iron upon request. They have bidets in each bathroom. They have roll-up blinders, which cuts a lot of the noise of the cars and makes the bedroom fully dark during sleep. They have a nice fish in a fish bowl at the reception, which I really liked. We were served two glasses of cold apple juice right upon arrival. As far as location goes, it’s not the best neighbourhood, but at least you are very close to two bus stations that take you to the city(bus no. 4 or bus no. 13B). In order to identify the bus that takes you to the city center - 13B you must know that its number is not marked anywhere, you have to instead read the prompt message in the upper area of the bus which should say “Tirana e Re” (New Tirana). Much recommended!

I did not like the following: - there was a warning above the toilet that no paper must be thrown inside, which I am not used to, they practically force you to use the bidet every time; - the TV could be a bit modern and/or bigger in size, they are pretty outdated imo - really wish the Spa could begin earlier than 10 AM, having said that the breakfast starts being served at 7 AM up until 9.30 or 10.30 AM can’t quite remember, we always went there early; - didn’t bother me that much but I had to either leave my passport at the reception or make a small deposit during my stay, I have obviously chosen the first option :)

Everything is as described in Doanesia. Room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, toilet is as it suppose to be on a 4 star legit hotels. Breakfast is a pleasant surprise here with varieties of the local food Bonus is the Spa area as well as the professional staff of the Hotel

location is the only downside of this hotel. A bit far away from a city center and near only to a regional bus station.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for a wonderful stay. While waiting for our rooms to be prepared, we had lunch at the hotel and were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food and the attention to detail in both service and presentation. The rooms were pleasant, with large, comfortable beds that ensured a restful night. The swimming pool and spa facilities were equally impressive—clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. A special mention goes to the young man at reception, who was exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. I highly recommend Doanesia Premium Spa Hotel for anyone visiting Tirana. A true gem that combines comfort, quality service, and great hospitality.

The staff were very kind, the beds were comfortable and it is closer to the airport and one of the bus terminals, we didn’t walk around the area. The restaurant was really good, we enjoyed the food. We haven’t used the SPA area because we didn’t have time, but we checked it out just before closing and it looked quite nice.

The room is fairly small for the luggage, but comfortable as I said before. The bathroom is also pretty small. The elevator took forever. And this is not a fault of the hotel, but the people were very loud in the corridors late in the evening and early in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay at Doanesia Premium Hotel & Spa. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety to start the day well. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile ,which made us feel right at home. The room was a bit small, but still clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to try the spa, as it works with limited opening hours, so make sure to check those in advance if that’s a priority for your stay. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, which might be a downside if you're relying on public transport. However, if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem parking is easy and you can reach the center in just a few minutes. Overall, a nice stay with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. Just wrapped up an incredible stay at Doanesia Hotel and honestly, I'm blown away! This place totally exceeded my expectations. The real MVP here? The staff! These guys are absolutely phenomenal - young, energetic, and always ready to help with the biggest smiles. Whether you need directions, recommendations, or just want to chat, they're genuinely excited to assist. It's rare to find a team that's so passionate about what they do! The vibe at this hotel is just right - modern, clean, and has this welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Seriously can't recommend Doanesia Hotel enough! If you're heading to Tirana, this is your spot. The combination of great facilities and an amazing team makes for an unforgettable experience. Staff were wonderful, always greeting us and making sure everything was okay! Big spacious room, clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and very affordable for a hotel restaurant. The pool, spa, gym area was great - Large pool, shallow kid pool, spa, sauna, steam room, showers, salt room, clean change rooms, fresh robes and towels every time. Gym was minimal but did the trick. Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style with lots of different options.

Only negative was our bathroom smelt heavily of smoke, even after leaving the bathroom fan on for 4-5 hours, which was surprising given its a non-smoking hotel - staff were incredibly apologetic about this when we notified them at checkout. If we had notified them earlier they would've offered to change rooms but we just kept the door closed and spent minimal time in bathroom so didn't bother us.

I loved everything about the hotel and spa. It was amazing experience and staff need to be praised for brilliant job that they do. I felt like a royalty from the moment I walked into the reception. Highly recommending this place for anyone travelling to Tirana. So close to the airport and views from the balcony are breathtaking. SPA is a wonderfull bonus.

Loved the room, the comfort, the cleanliness, facilities and staff were above and beyond. Gym with boxing bag was a lovely bonus I really appreciated. Again staff were friendly, professional and really helpful. Food was good too: the traditional stuff was absolutely delicious. In fact I’d like to highlight the restaurant bit: finally we got to eat somewhere where the lights weren’t too bright, the music wasn’t too loud, we could actually hear each other. Just lovely. Also appreciated the ‘opening hours’ for reception: we came in the evening and didn’t need to rush with the check out in the morning.

The location was a ‘double edge sword’. We chose this knowing there would be bus station etc available nearby in case we needed it and pretty close to airport etc . So we knew there will be heavy traffic and chose this anyway. But normally that much traffic would be deemed too noisy for us and would’ve chosen something quieter. But again, it was as expected, in fact the hotel was like a little oasis in the midst of the noisy chaos all around.
